Katrina is an amazing real estate agent as well as a friend. She is one of the first few people I met in Orange County and, as a single and alone newbie, I was scared about my new environment. I have known her for a few years now and as a first time home buyer she has guided me through the entire process with a lot of support which is very important as a new buyer. I am not the easiest client haha and she has stuck it out with me for a long time. She has been very patient as well as realistic with me. If I had a question she was quick to answer and educate me. Thats something I feel is so valuable especially in this market. I think her guidance helped me get my feet wet and find a home that I love. I truly trust her expertise. Four years ago, she took over the sale of our previous home; after having been on the market for over a year with another realtor, she sold this house in less than 2 months for more money than it was previously listed. Late last year, Katrina took on the sale of our current home, and the purchase of a new one. During the next 2 months, she sold our house for more than comp value before it was ever put on the market, and the new house was purchased for a bargain. Both house were put in escrow and closed during this time. We used Katrina for the sale of our condo. Customer Service was expressed as a high priority by Katrina. We felt details were not explained during the offer and counter offer giving us a unclear understanding of the situation. And she did not represent our interests in the transaction. The sale seemed to be rushed. Once in escrow there was very little communication. It did not seem important if we were satisfied with the transaction or no appreciation was shown for our business.

She's knowledgeable, honest, and straight-forward. She didn't make any promises like other did. She wasn't pushy, forceful with us. She worked with what we wanted, and if it didn't work, we would use her expertise to move forward in sales. There were other agents that kept calling us after we already signed with her. That's terrible sportsmanship. We're happy we didn't go for those agents.Our whole process took 4 months, we were provided updates of the market and with our home. She had a plan and marketing strategy that drives clients through our property. We were able to sell our home in the timely manner.
