Together, they addressed all of our needs in our search for a home- HONEST advice on home value, HONEST advice on strengths and weaknesses of the homes we saw, and 24/7 help in negotiating our home offer. We dont live in the area, so we were counting on Kevin and Diane to guide us to the right neighborhood and property. They went above and beyond with communication and with only one day in town to see properties, we were able to put an offer in. THIS IS THE BEST TEAM EVER!! Look no further because this is the team you want to help you sell or buy a home. We were needing to buy a home in the North County of San Diego (San Elijo Area) and had to do it all from Rhode Island. You have to really trust your realtor to make a huge decision like that without seeing the home in person. Diane and Kevin were easy to get a hold of when I needed them or had questions for them. They were incredibly knowledgable of the area and if there was an area that was out of their area they quickly did their research and it was always thorough. Diane helped us schedule houses to look at and we did it over FaceTime. They would go together to look at the houses. Diane would give me her perspective as a mother and Kevin would give me his perspective of the structural side of things. Kevin handled the negotiations and I am so glad we had him. He works with the lender to team up to really help you put your best foot forward. We only secured our home because of their knowledge and easy going attitude, which puts the other agent at ease knowing that the process will be an easy one. They are an outstanding team!

Diane and the Silberman Team were a pleasure to work with. We talked to them about putting our house on the market in summer 2020 during Covid and they told us we may want to wait, due to not knowing if we would get the price we wanted in the pandemic. They followed up with us early in the first quarter of 2021 and indicated things had improved a bit if we wanted to consider putting our house on the market. We listed in March at an asking price we were hoping for when we first met with them last year. Three days and dozens of showings later, Diane and Kevin delivered 19 offers well above asking price and got us aggressive terms in excess of the market at the time. We listed our home with Diane and Kevin in May of 2018. They went above and beyond to offer advice on how to improve our home without spending a ton of money, pointing out the little things that we could add or move, and helping us avoid some of the bigger ticket items we thought we'd have to do. Diane is a staging genius! She brought in her own art, a couple of lamps, some pillows and outdoor patio furniture, vases, rugs and so much more to help make the house look like a brand new place. It was really impressive. Kevin and Diane had vendor suggestions (handyman stuff, painters, etc), coordinated with vendors to meet at our home when we couldn't, and pushed work forward whenever there was a delay. In just 3 weeks, we put the house on the market and within one day, had a ton of offers. Kevin took over here, summarizing the important points of the offers, pointing out things we should be aware of, and offers a clear comparison of offers so we could look at all of them with a better understanding. He did an excellent job of explaining things to us while communicating with multiple buyers agents. We are so fortunate to have a friend recommend Diane and Kevin to us. We had been trying to sell our house on our own, and quickly realized how over our heads we were, especially when it came to pricing and negotiating with buyers. Once they listed our house for us, we ended up with multiple full-price (and over) offers and sold the house to cash buyers, closing in less than 3 weeks. He also helped us find out a problem with the termite clearance that we did not previously know about. After putting offers in on three homes we had lost a little momentum and were going to take a break, Diane showed us a home that we had already seen though it had changed price ranges.
