I can t say enough wonderful things about Kimberlee Williams, I have used her as my realtor twice and hands down THE BEST realtor you will find in California...period. Buying a home as a first time home buyer can be an overwhelming experience. However, thanks to Kimberlee, the entire home buying process from start to finish was less intimidating. We contacted Kimberlee for homes in the central valley, which she has plenty of knowledge and several years of experience in the surrounding areas. From the start, she responded to us quickly and showed us homes that we requested. From first impression, Kimberlee was friendly, professional, and understood each specific need of each individual buyer as we were VA buyers.Also, Kimberlee took initiative and put additional effort to getting to know our family better to guide us in the right direction with complicated decisions. Kimberlee will always give advice that she would give herself. Each home we looked at, Kimberlee was patient, understanding, willing to answer any questions we had. We didnt feel rushed or pressured to commit to anything. When we finally decided to put an offer on a house, Kimberlee took the drivers seat and made it her top priority to give us the best chance to win the bidding. During this time, she kept in contact with us frequently and gave us updates with the sellers and sellers realtor. Fortunately, our offer got accepted and the escrow process was another process that Kimberlee helped go smoothly. We contacted Kimberlee whenever we had a question and she would give us her full attention. As we finally closed about a month and a half later, we couldnt be more grateful that Kimberlee was our realtor but also became a friend. Even after closing, we are still able to contact Kimberlee if we ever need any help moving forward. Kim goes above and beyond to make sure you get the house you want. Shes amazing and patient with kids. Kim state she on top of things and updates you even if theres no real update. She understands how exciting /stressful home buying is. She doesnt just disappear after the house is bought she helps with everything needed after as well. Would I use her again? Diffently! Regardless of how many times we have purchased a home and how savvy a buyer (or seller) we think we are, the process is not without its hiccups. I consider myself a person as having high expectations of my agent during this process, difficult or not and I was pleasantly surprised that Kimberlee stayed ahead of me on all of the above. When and if you are in the market to purchase a home, I highly recommend Kimberlee without reservations.
