I am really thankful to have hired Kimberly. Shes the type of realtor to get things done, she was consistently honest and forthright, communicated continuously, and most importantly she got our house sold for a good price in a precarious market. I was really appreciative of how she handled set backs with our sale. She went the extra mile on several occasions and demonstrated excellent professional intuition. We specifically were selling a house on a canyon, after the LA fires of all times, and during Californias ongoing issues with insurance. She found several policy options for our buyers which I was so grateful for because we could have been stuck in limbo for months. With Kimberly we were given access to concierge capital through compass realty (theyll give you a line of credit to do repairs and improvements) and that ended up being great. Her team and the escrow team were also great, the process was streamlined and communication was happening throughout. 10/10 would hire again.

If I could give more than five stars on my review, I absolutely would! Kimberly was phenomenal throughout what turned out to be a multi-month process to get my house sold. She went above and beyond throughout the process along with her team, especially her assistant Normalynn. I am not inexperienced when it comes to the real estate market (my husband and I owned 4 homes in three different states, sold 2 in last few years). So when I decided to put this house on the market, I did a lot of research and interviewed a few realtors before moving forward with Kimberly. She stood apart from the others with her knowledge, expertise, marketing strategy, and beyond impressive connections to local businesses/contractors. We are not living in San Diego right now so that made the process extra stressful and worrisome knowing I would need to hand over control of such an important process and not be able to personally take charge. Our trust in Kimberly was well placed. She and her team delivered despite the uncertain housing market and some unexpected challenges which included our first buyers backing out at the last second and some relatively extensive required repairs. At every step, Kimberly was available to answer questions and strategize on the best way ahead. She will be patient when you have lots of questions or get frustrated with various steps in the home sale process, but she is also capable of being quite aggressive when its needed to get the sale across the finish line! Her staging, photography, and social media strategy to advertise and generate buzz on my listing was top notch. Beyond that, she has a tremendous contact list of reputable professionals and was able to get painting, repairs, cleaning, and more repairs completed on a tight schedule. She was extremely responsive and updated me at every turn in this process. If you want to sell your house, the only choice for a realtor in my mind is Kimberly! Kimberly and her team are a great group and we would give 10 stars if we could! We first met Kimberly in 2007 when we moved to San Diego and were looking for a place to live. She impressed us immediately as someone who had considerable insights, a strong ability to discern our likes and tastes, and a commitment to making sure we found a home we liked. (In three days) Even with a somewhat difficult seller, she closed the deal. And this was early in her real estate career! Fast forward to 2002 and we decided to relocate to Northern California. Kimberly was our first call and again, she proved herself to be savvy, strong and incredibly knowledgeable about when and how to list our home. We missed the amazing seller's market of earlier this year, but despite the ongoing mortgage rate hikes and declining prices of late summer Kimberly did a great job marketing our property and made sure our house sold once we had a buyer. In fact, three offers came in quick succession and she navigated everyone's expectations carefully and thoughtfully. She is an excellent communicator, she does not miss any detail, and we think she is just superb.

I will start by saying we conducted an extensive interview process, to include calling multiple references, prior to going with Kimberly and her team. My wife and I were very impressed by her market insight. Just as importantly she and her team were very responsive. She was always available for questions and updated us every step of the way. Despite our first buyers cancelling we were back on the market for less than three days prior to accepting a new offer, and ultimately with her guidance we were able to sell our home at appraised value even in this uncertain and fluctuating real estate market. My wife and I are aEUR~high-maintenance customers and not very easy to please. We do a lot of research when it comes to large financial transactions (such as selling a home) and we tend to have strong opinions about sales strategies. We arent real estate rookies either (sold 6 homes, across 4 states, in the past 10 years) so, when it came time to sell our condo in San Diego, I interviewed 3 highly-reviewed agents that all came well recommended. Compass stood apart from the others right away with their data-driven marketing approach that really appealed to us. At first, we were skeptical of some of their ideas (remember we are aEUR~high-maintenance). However, we trusted them and let them handle things their way. Totally paid off!! Even though the market was showing signs of cooling off, they managed to get multiple interested parties in our home through their internal and external network of customers and agents. They ended up setting the high-mark for our building (to date) with our sale. Their strategy was brilliant and we were quite pleased with the results. Kimberly and her team are the best of the best. She just sold a home for me in a matter of days for hundreds of thousands over asking price. While that is impressive, that does not begin to describe how good she is. Kimberly helped me sell my condo in San Diego & I couldnt have been more pleased with the way things went. I highly recommend her. She was there with me every step of the way. If you have a question (which I had many) she is easy to reach, as she actually answers her phone (rare nowadays). And if she says shes going to do something, it gets done. As you go through the selling process, there are several important decisions to be made. Things like selling price, whether to do fix-up prior to the sale, whether to accept a particular bid, etc - all these decisions of course will influence how quick you sell & how much profit you make. Thats where you want an expererienced agent like Kimberly on your side. Her advise on all decisions turned out to be absolutely correct.

I would rate 10 starts if allowed! Our house was on the market with NO offer for over two months - concerned, frustrated, discouraged.. of course.. We very were lucky to find Kimberly as our new agent. She and her team made such a difference to show our home at its best and the multiple offers came in right away! Kimberly has set the highest standard as a Realtor. I worked with her back in 2013 to help me find my first home in San Diego, and she was flawless! She was patient, knowledgeable and aggressive when needed. Here I am in 2021, not even living in CA anymore, but I knew with the crazy housing market that she had to be my agent again, full circle! This normally stressful and worrisome process was so easy due to her impeccable expertise, her fearless staff and her deep connections to the community. She immediately set up a proposed schedule for us to reference, she made well-founded recommendations based on the current market trends and ongoing home sales. She has so many great people on her team that we were able to keep to a tight schedule with repairs, cleaning, staging and photography all weaving in and out to get my home on the market as quickly as possible. Kimberly had previously helped us in purchasing our condo back in 2015. She was a pleasure to work then and once again impressed us now when selling. It was definitely a different approach this time selling during COVID, but she did a great job alleviating many of our concerns during a very stressful time. She walked us through a helpful overview of the selling process over Zoom, giving us a clearer picture of what was ahead of us. Her expertise was apparent as she completed a walkthrough of our place to prepare recommendations on how best to prepare for selling. Even when communicating over screen, she was very personable and was happy to answer our many questions. With two small children, safety was our priority and Kimberly did a great job of confirming all precautions were taken so everything was done as safely as possible when selling during a pandemic! She was always on top of every deadline and ensuring that all preparations were complete in time before listing. Both the group she worked with in partially staging our home as well as the photographer she selected did a great job in preparing our home for multiple potential buyers for the showings. Following our showings, she quickly organized our offers for comparison and walked us very clearly through each of them, helping us to better determine the one we ultimately accepted. Her extensive experience really made us feel comfortable as she negotiated factors important to us. We recently had the pleasure of working with Kimberly for a second time when she helped us sell our home in Tierrasanta - which she helped us buy five years ago. Again, I can't possibly say enough good things about working with her. Both times she was nothing short of amazing. She is well-connected within the real estate community and was able to put us in touch with fantastic contractors when we needed work done. Not only that, but she really knows what buyers are looking for and was able to help us zero in on the work that needed to be done to our home in order for it to sell at the best possible price. Thank goodness we found Kimberly! My husband and I were planning a move from San Diego to Texas, which was a hugely daunting endeavor, and Kimberly helped us sell our house FAST. She did an amazing job walking us through the process, as this was our first time selling a house. She really pushed us to make sure our house was ready to go on the market, so that we could get top price for it. And it worked. We feel very lucky to have found Kimberly, we interviewed 3 agents to help sell our house and felt that she was the one we wanted to work with. She did an excellent job of preparing a market analysis for us for our first meeting, she also did a great job of going through the house with us and giving us tips for staging the house to show it to the best advantage. We were up in the air on pricing and she was a big help in finalizing our listing price which ended up being spot on target. The marketing work certainly exceeded what I would have expected for a home in our price range, we had a beautiful multipage brochure and very professional photography for both online and print advertising. I also wanted to mention her assistant, Normalynn, she was a lot of fun to work with and took great care of us as well. The bottom line to all of this of course is the fact that our home sold in approximately 2 weeks, there were 5 other home on the market in our development and ours was the first to sell. She managed the transaction with the buyer and their agent and dealt with the issues that came up getting to our closing. There were never any surprises as she is an excellent communicator.
