Kristina helped me sell a property after my brothers unexpected death. I live out of state and was not sure of the process steps and how long it would take the property to sell. Kristina had an open house the first weekend after it was listed, and I had a good offer on Monday. My next (unfounded) concern was whether or not communication would be an issue. I could not have asked for an agent to be any more responsive to my calls, emails or texts. Kristina also was very patient as I asked questions about California law and forms. The day I decided to start searching for a home is when I realized I am glad to have Kristina Ter-Ovsepyan as my agent. Kristina is very energetic and knowledgeable on what she does as an Agent. Her expertise in real estate and the transactions through which we had to go through during my purchase, was well above and beyond. Talking with neighbors I had heard that the gentleman on the floor above me had sold his condo quickly and over his asking price. Sounded good so I figured I'd see if I could find the same agent, hoping she could do the same for me. And that's exactly what happened. I found Kristina on Zillow and she responded immediately. At our first meeting she laid out a plan to have my condo professionally photographed and videoed (with a drone) within the week so we'd be ready for open house the very next weekend. Everything progressed just as she said it would. I had already moved out and was living a little far away, so I appreciated the way she took care of everything for me and kept me updated. I was always welcome to drop by, but really the only times I came back was 1. the first meeting to give her a set of keys, 2. after open house to go over the offers (she did say we could do it over the phone but I chose to come by), and 3. near the close of escrow to sign papers with the notary. She took care of the open house and everything else on her own while I was at work or my new home relaxing. She even bought a smoke/carbon monoxide detector for me and installed it. 6 offers came in right after open house, she laid them out for me with the specifics highlighted. I picked one, escrow started, and now here I am a happy customer. I recommend her regardless of where you're buying or selling, but she has sold many units in that same complex including mine too now. She's very experienced with the process there, so if you're looking to sell at Terrace View in Glendale then look no further than Kristina and you'll be as happy a client as I am. Thanks !

12 years ago I was a first time buyer. I recently became a first time seller. Multiple offers came in at the first weekend open houses and the Monday after the weekend. Counter offers were sent out on Monday and an offer way above the asking price was accepted on Tuesday. 30 days later, escrow closed. None of this would have happened without the hard work and dedication of my realtor, Kristina Ter-Ovsepyan. From even before our first meeting, to pricing, to my preference for a quick sale & escrow, to preparing the condo for sale, to open houses, to contracts and offers and counter offers and contingencies to inspections and title and escrow, at every step of the process Kristina was there to guide & advise me. Although I did not get the results that I wanted, Kristina was straight forward and positive with me explaining how the transaction would proceed.
