Dave is an excellent agent. My wife and I were very fortunate to meet him early on in our home search. Dave and his colleagues at the Wannebo group are deeply rooted in the area and have longstanding relationships with homeowners in San Diego and other established real estate agents in the region. After honing in on what my wife and I were truly looking for in a home through several discussions and tours of properties together - Dave ultimately presented us with a home that was off-market which not only met - but also superseded our criteria at a price point that was below what we had expected to spend. He was also able to get us in to see the house before anyone else and assist us in strategically putting together a competitive offer that ultimately allowed us to beat (at least one) cash buyer. We firmly believe that his perseverance and strong relationships in the area are what led us to successfully win the bid. A week or two later, I received a telephone call asking what I liked or disliked about the house we had visited. I was impressed by their followup. Working with Kurt was the best. We interviewed a number of real estate brokers and picked kurt's firm. He has a great team that worked with us on staging and putting together the marketing material and photos for various social media and local publications. My neighbors tell me that they have never seen as many people at an open house in our neighborhood. Kurt sold our house in 10 days and we closed 15 days later. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

Kurt was outstanding to work with. He knows the neighborhood extremely well, and is not pushy or over-sells anything. This is by far the easiest real estate transaction I have ever had due to Kurt and his team's knowledge, contacts/relationships, and ability to just get the job done. I would highly highly recommend using him as a broker. When we had some issues with the house (a leak caused by the cleaners), Kurt rushed over there to make sure there was no additional damage, called a plumber who was there later in the day to fix it. This could have jeopardized or caused really serious damage but neither happened because Kurt was on it.

Over the past 30 years, we have bought and sold multiple houses. We have had some really terrible experiences with past agents, so we did a thorough search before selecting an agent to sell our Carmel Valley (92130) house. We were thoroughly satisfied and impressed by Kurt and Felicia during our sales process and they exceeded all of our expectations. They advised us on how to best prepare our house to sell, provided us with good contractors to prep things, had an amazing photographer to present our house, and had a sales and marketing system that was logical and effective. This review is long overdue (by 3 years, yikes, sorry Dave!) because life got in the way a little bit but that just goes to show you how awesome he was! 3 years later looking to buy a house again and he is the first person I think of to contact and realize I still owe him a review! He actually represented both buying and selling parties in the transaction and was able to be fair to everyone involved. It was our familys first time buying and he made everything so much easier and our anxiety about the process quickly became excitement once we realized how good of hands we were in. He went above and beyond to make sure everything happened in a very tight time window despite several curveballs coming up from the inspection and appraisal process (including helping some contractors finish putting up and painting some railing because of a requirement by our VA appraiser). I look forward to working with him and his team again!

I have to say that Kurt and his team know how to address your needs. I was frustrated by the crazy market in these days, when I had to sell my house and buy the right one within a very short period of time, and they know how to do that. I sold my house within a week after listing, and bought the house I longed for at my first bid right after selling, although it wasn't the highest bid but a strong offer thanks to their guidance. Not only coming up with the proper strategies that is universally and commonly known to people in this bidding war, but planning based on full understanding of my own situation and needs streamlined the entire process and it worked, of course!
