Ben was amazing helping us sell our home and find a new one. I was on the fence about waiting another year, but he gave us the confidence to just go for it and list. From our first meeting all the way to closing, he was there every step of the way with great advice and support. He really knows the market, has excellent people skills, and genuinely cared about what we needed. Honestly made the whole thing way less stressful than we expected. He negotiated us an offer above our asking price and helped us land a home in the exact city we wanted. Even after escrow closed, he kept checking in and helping us work through stuff as we settled into our new place. Bens reliable, caring, and just really good at what he does. He makes you feel like family, not just another client. We love our new home and cant recommend Ben enough if youre looking for a realtor who actually cares about the people hes working with.

Sam is truly a master of her craft. In a world where realtors are popping up left and right, Sam made an impression from the very start. A little over a year ago, we were looking to rent in the Silverlake area and Sam shows us a house (I believe she was doing a favor for a family friend). Although we ended up renting a different property in Silverlake, I noted her bright personality and extensive knowledge of the area ( and all of her restaurant and bar recs came in handy)! Fast forward a year and we were on the market to buy but in no rush and I reached out directly to Sam to help. I remembered she lived in Eagle Rock and knew Northeast LA like the back of her hand, which is where we were looking, so it seemed like the perfect fit. So glad my gut instinct paid off because we couldn?t have found a better realtor to work with. She listened to exactly what we were looking for, walked us through the process step by step, provided honest opinions on the properties we toured, and was consistent in her follow up but never pushy. I met Ben through Zillow as a first time home buyer with a young family, exploring options in no rush circa early 2025. Ben was a motivated, experienced realtor that brought his A-game. He was persistent and communicative. He is very dedicated. He shared heart-to-heart and seemed to have our best interests. We closed on a home after numerous open houses and home showings. In the end we closed on a home in 2-3 months within our price range and expectations on cost. He continued to go out of his way to follow-up on how we were doing after we finished the sale. He seems genuinely happy to share in our familys success. As a first time buyer he was the right agent in addressing my own anxiety with the buying process and setting expectations for this process. This was particularly important given the fluctuation in inventory and mortgage rates at the time of purchase in SoCal.
