Lauren was incredibly insightful about the entire Los Angeles market, but especially an expert in the Cheviot Hills/ Westwood vicinity. She not only helped us find our dream home, but was able to sell our current home over asking in multiples so that we were able to close in the same week without having to pay two mortgages at once! Lauren and her entire team were incredibly responsive and had the best vendors when it came to inspections and upgrades we needed to do before selling and listing our home. She found our home off market and we couldn't be more grateful! She is super straight forward and direct, while also being incredibly charming and so fun to work with! Hopefully we never move again but if we do, I would use Lauren 100 times over!

Lauren and her exceptional team helped my wife and I quickly sell our Santa Monica single family home quickly and at maximum value! Lauren’s pricing strategy resulted in a sale price that equaled or exceeded the sale of any similar property in the area. After one realtor open house and one public open house there were six serious offers, followed by bidding among the top three fully qualified buyers. The sale price was almost $500,000 over asking. Circumstances required that we move rapidly and address issues that included moisture remediation, plumbing problems, shoring up of the foundation, and painting and staging the house. Lauren is the absolute best. We initially worked with her to find temporary housing when we were displaced by the Palisades fire in January 2025. Two days after the fire, Lauren took us to see three units that were shown to 28 other parties that same day and not only did Lauren make sure we walked away with one of the units, she made sure it is was the best one – the only one with an ocean view. After that, we worked with Lauren to find a full-time home to buy in Cheviot Hills. She had the inside track to all of the top builders and was able to get us in to see many properties that were not yet on the market. Within a few weeks, we found the prefect home for our family and moved quickly under contract. We have now been in this new home for a couple of months now and couldn’t be happier. We had a fairly complicated process given our home was only partially completed and every step of the way Lauren was on top of every detail and helped us navigate each step of the process with confidence.
