I was introduced to Linda during the sale of my house, Linda was very personable and seamed truly interested helping find our next house that would fit our needs. I had informed her that I had to be out of the house I just sold and needed to find and be in my new home within 30 days. Linda took the challenge on and her and her team made very short work of the entire process. Linda and her team were extremely sensitive to the needs of my situation which was downsizing and finding the perfect house that would work for us. Linda kept in constant contact with us every step of the way and always was there to answer questions and move everything along quickly and efficiently. Her negotiating skills were clear and concise which brought us the contract that we were hoping for. From finding the property for purchase offer, inspection ( which came up with several issues that would need to be taken care of), negotiating the offer to an excepted and signed contract that all parties were happy with, Linda helped with walking us through title, financing and held our hand all the way through close of escrow. Linda was very professional and always promptly returning phone calls and we were able to find and close on our new property in just 3 weeks all thanks to Linda's ability to get things done quickly and efficiently. We are now living very happily in our new home and enjoying life once again. I would highly recommend Linda Byrd to anyone that is in need of a Realtor that can get things done quickly and efficiently!
