I cannot stress enough how amazing Luke Smith and the team at Rex did selling my home. The house sold quickly, and for the price we were hoping to get. Terrific outcome. For us, we wished to sell a home that's been in the family for decades. How hard could it be, right? There were unfortunate surprises that we weren't aware of (mostly based on the age of the home and local town issues), that started to become obstacles. Luke helped us work through each issue step by step. Issues were addressed and he handled all the buyer negotiations. The process brought to us multiple, solid offers, and a deal was closed. In the end our wishes and expectations were met. Totally satisfied.

The process of selling my home went extremely smoothly using Rex Real Estate and Luke Smith! At first I was nervous using Rex since I had not heard the name but the more research I did I was satisfied and signed with them. He is very professional! I met Luke, showed him the apartment and told him how much I want to sell the apartment for . We communicated by text /email and occasional phone calls. He kept me informed of how the open house(s) went and the offer(s) received. I did not have to check with him on the progress of the He did all the leg work as far as getting the coop bard approval, responding to my lawyer's request, and many other small chores to get the apartment sold. This was the easiest real estate deal I ever did and I am a real estate investor. My lawyer was also impressed on how smooth the process was especially in New York city.
