Makeba did an excellent job in selling my home. She really goes above and beyond and although she has other clients, she makes you feel like you are her only one. She walked me through the process and kept me informed every step of the way. I found her to be a sharp negotiator, a good listener and caring enough to make sure things that I said were important to me were done. My home was not newly updated like many of the homes in the neighborhood, but with her guidance I was able to sell my house at a great above asking price. Now that this chapter is over, I am able to start a new chapter and I really thank Makeba Stallings for making it possible. Makeba was fantastic! She provided us with a website that allowed us to view homes quickly and then we would send what we wanted to see. Upon that request she would give us the pros and cons of the property.She let us decide if wanted to see the property or not. She was always one call or emai away. We wanted someone that wasn't pushing us to buy, but held someone that held our hand when we needed it. We were very comfortable with her! Her knowledge the area kept us from buying in an area where the metro came in. We would have been right in front of a train going by. She really knows.
