Manuel is THE best real estate agent with whom I have ever worked. I live in New Jersey and have just acquired an investment property in Los Angeles. Even before my arrival in Los Angeles, Manuel had completed a list of properties for me to view that fit my requested budget range as well as desired features; as a result, I did not have to waste a single minute of my three-day trip to acquire a property. Upon submitting an offer, Manuel took care of EVERYTHING instantaneously from arranging schedules for the house inspection to opening up an escrow account. Best of all, as I was in New Jersey throughout the whole transaction period, Manuel perfectly took care of all the issues arising from applying for a mortgage to the closing procedure. Best of all, I had a couple of issues with the property even after the closing; however, Manuel was there to take care of them. I am ever so grateful to his utmost dedication and the custom-tailored service that he has provided. I am very a very indecisive person! I have a hard time deciding what is most important on my dream house's list. Thankfully, I found an amazing realtor. Manuel was not only patient, but he took his time explaining different concepts and ideas. Showed me different listings within my range and even dabble under and above just so I could see what my money can and can not buy. He also offers help with financing and custom work, if needed! Anyhow, I did not make up my mind in the end, but amazing and caring realtor!! Definitely coming back to him. He was always available to answer my questions, that was the best part.
