I could not be more authentic with expressing that we were so lucky to have Marco as our agent! My husband and I are first-time homebuyers so we had many questions throughout the process. He helps train the new agents in his office so he knew how to explain the process to us. He is well-versed in connecting with our broker and how to use the home warranty system as well (which he always includes in the offer without even being asked by the Buyer!). Marco was such a pleasure to work with! As the seller, I wanted to make sure we listed my property at the best time to attract solid buyers. Marco walked me through the process with ease, explaining the market from his expert point of view. He also suggested we 'lightly stage' my home, and wow!, my house looked amazing!
