I had a horrible experience with a previous lender and I was ready to give up on my home ownership dreams; Valerie was not. She gave me space when I needed it and she pushed me to keep going. She heard me and listened. I texted her from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm and always got an answer. She was amazing and we feel lucky that she was our agent. We love her and anyone would be lucky to have her on their side. When we were ready to move into our new home, the seller was still here, she paid to have helpers have him move and for a hotel for him to stay in. She didnt have to but she did.
