Matt helped us find a beautiful home in Mill Valley. Inventory was very low in our price range, so Matt employed some creative techniques to find us a great home that hadn't even hit the MLS yet! We were able to submit our offer early and close the deal. Matt then guided us through the closing process, nudging us to complete obscure documents so that we would close in a very short time frame. If it weren't for Matt, we surely wouldn't be living in such a gorgeous location - especially on our budget! We will recommend him over and over again.
