Matt and Blake did a great job selling our house. We chose them because of their knowledge and familiarity with the south of conant area. The first time that we met with them, they had done their homework and were very organized. They answered our questions and set our expectations so that we knew exactly what we were getting into. We were very nervous about selling our home of almost 40 years and they were able to calm our fears and made the whole process go very smooth. They kept us informed on each step and we highly recommend them if you are looking to sell or buy a home.

After having a poor experience with another realtor, I was delighted that I found IRG properties and got connected to Matt Welch. I expressed to Matt that communication was important to me, and this was the first time I would be selling a home. Matt and Blake met me shortly after, and I was BLOWN away on how organized and prepared they were in their presentation. They had references and thoroughly answered every question with verifiable information. What stood out to me was how well they knew the area and how informative they were about the laws in California. Matt made the whole process of selling my father's home easy. He is knowlegeable about local pricing and helped us to set the right price for a fast sale with multiple offers. At every stage, he kept me updated on the progress of the sale and what I needed to do next, including valuable information about setting up a trust account in a timely manner to avoid escrow delays. He has a lot of great contacts for help in prepping a home to show, and handled access to the house for necessary work before the showing and during escrow. Our best offer came from a client of Matt's associate Blake Gunderson, and the coordination between these two and the escrow company allowed for a fast 14 day escrow. Overall, I don't think there is anything that could have been handled better, I am 100% satisfied!

I was struggling with finding a skilled real estate agent, and Matt managed to refer me to a wonderful agent who sold me my dream house in Oregon within 2 weeks! I listed my Long Beach house just as the market was changing, and they helped me set a good price that motivated buyers. After only one weekend, they found me a solid and qualified buyer. We met Matt at an open house in Cypress, CA. Unfortunately we were not able to compete for that particular house. Fortunately, we were one of the first ones at the open house. Matt took time to talk to us and took time to understand what we were looking for. We never expected to hear from him after that. About a month later, he contacted us and asked whether we were still in market. We were still looking for a home after going through the exhausting process of going to multiple houses. He found us a home off market in a seller's market. He was transparent in terms of the expected price that we were fortunately able to afford and put an offer We leveraged his contacts for tenting and inspection. Everything that was promised was done in the time promised. Even though there was a delay by the seller, Matt was honest about the delay and was able to get us compensation for the delay as well. Even though there was a delay in tenting due to incumbent weather, Matt figured out a way for us to get tenting done without interrupting the escrow process. We did not interact much with the team of Blake and Derrick. However, when Matt got ill on the day that we were supposed to get our keys, they stepped right in and helped us settle in. (i.e. Matt does not necessarily become a single point of failure). We appreciate Matt for remembering us and finding us a deal that got us a home. We are fortunate that an inadvertent meeting at a open house led us to our home.

What can I say? Matt and Blake are stellar real estate agents who work as a team with outstanding results. They maneuvered through a very complicated transaction on my behalf, which was challenging on multiple fronts. Matt represented me on the sale of my condo and Blake on the purchase of my new home. I accepted an offer on my property contingent upon the buyer selling their home. In the meantime, we had to find a new home for myself in a very competitive market. After losing out on a few, I finally got an offer accepted thanks to Blakes advice on how we should write the offer. Matt worked a miracle making sure my buyers got their home sold in conjunction with the close on my new home. I cant say enough about them. They are both real estate savvy, professional, friendly and they always have a positive attitude. Matt and Blake were diligent throughout the entire process and they were always a phone call or text away. I have very high standards and Matt and Blake met the challenge. I highly recommend them as your go to realtors.

We first met matt at one of his listings, and the house was beautiful. We were the first people at the open house that day, and by the time we were walking out, there mustve been ten other parties looking at the house too. Matt approached us before we left and asked us for our thoughts, and we told him we were still looking to get a feel for what was on the market. We mustve seen about 30 houses at this point, and this was the first realtor who cared to talk to us and took us seriously enough to find out more about our needs. Matt wanted us to do an aEURoeinterviewaEUR? with him and Blake so that we could learn more about the WG Group and what they could do for us. We have pretty high standards for the type of customer service we expect, and they instantly impressed us. And here was the kicker - we told them we wanted us to buy our new house and sell our current one in time for the holidays this year. It seemed unrealistic at the time and we jokingly called ourselves aEURoethe manifesters,aEUR? but hey, they made it happen! Blake helped us with the buying side and Matt helped us with the selling side primarily. Together, these guys are the dream team, and theyve made this process go smoother than we could ever have imagined. They both have great energy, they know the housing market, and they get stuff done! Not only did we get two amazing realtors, but we also gained two new friends from it all. They are truly a dynamic duo!

I would give Matt & his team 10 stars if I could. I was rather nervous at the beginning of the listing process, however they were on so point thru the entire way, the entire transaction was seamless. Matt understands communication and updates you all the way though your process, even for the smallest progression so that you fundamentally understand what's happening with the chaos and paperwork that are associated with home buying. When we first started looking for a house, we had no idea what we were doing and the experience felt overwhelming and daunting. We met Matt at an open house and he offered to meet with us to walk us through the home buying process. Over coffee, Matt and Blake gave us a step by step guide on how the entire process works. We felt extremely comfortable with Matt and Blake and began working toward finding the perfect home. Matt and Blake take the time to get to know you and what you are looking for in a home. I called Matt and his partner, Blake Gunderson, when we decided to move out of California. We didn't know if we should spend some money fixing up our house so that we could possibly get more money out of it. Matt and Blake came to the house, toured it, and explained that while it could use a little TLC, it was just cosmetic and didn't feel it would be worth the expense. They told us that because interest rates were at an all-time low and because there was virtually no inventory in our neighborhood, they felt spending money on the house was not necessary because the house would sell very quickly. We lived in the coveted South of Conant neighborhood and I knew there were many people who wanted to live in the area. While we spoke to Matt, Blake reached out to some of his clients who he knew was looking to buy in the area. He was able to generate interest while sitting in my living room and we had an appointment with two different individuals the following day. We accepted an offer, selling the house as-is. No staging, no showing, no open house.... easy! In the meantime, we were working with a realtor in Vegas. Sadly, this realtor was less than responsive. He was never available when were were able to drive to Vegas, he did not do any research on the home we were interested in, and he seemed to just plain not care. I was telling Matt and Blake about our experience with this realtor and Matt took it upon himself to call the listing agent for the house we were interested in. He got all he particulars about the house and paved the way for us to come back to Vegas and tour the house with the listing agent. This agent turned out to be a dream and we found our perfect home. Matt and Blake worked with our agent in Vegas and coordinated the sale of our house to close one day before the close of our new house. It was perfect. I know that there are always hiccups when it comes to buying or selling houses, but both Matt and Blake made the process extremely easy. They held our hand through the entire process, even offering to help box up my massive hoard of collectibles. They eased my fears, comforted me when I felt things weren't going well, and assured us that we were right on target. In retrospect, the process couldn't have been easier. Matt and Blake are extremely knowledgeable of the areas in which they work and are experts in the buying and selling process. I couldn't have asked for anyone who was more responsive to me endless questions, my unnecessary neediness, and needless worrying. And as far as their negotiation skills are concerned, they are the BEST! We wanted the buyer to pay a little more as we needed a certain amount of money in equity. Matt and Blake were able to get the buyer to pick up many of our closing costs so that we got what we needed. It was perfect! If you are looking for the best team in real estate, look no further. You just found them. I cannot thank Matt and Blake enough for everything they did for us. They're the best! Thank you guys!

Matthew helped me in the purchase of my first home, and I can't imagine anyone else. I had a realtor prior to Matthew, so I was shocked at how great Matthew was since I only had one person to compare to. I couldn't believe the level of attentiveness, ability to intuitively figure out what I was looking for, and A+ communication throughout the process from finding the home all the way to the day I moved in (he stopped by on my move in day!). Being that this was my first time buying a home, I was extremely stressed with not knowing what and how the process worked. Matthew was extremely helpful and understanding with many of my concerns and worries. All questions were always answered promptly and always followed up to make sure I was at ease.
