So, wow...just wow. I was in a crunch with a job relocation, only had about a month before I needed to move, and a good friend recommended Max Marin as a real estate agent. I called him and within minutes we had a plan. I can't even begin to tell you the level of support and service that Max provided. This was the fourth residence I've sold in my lifetime, and his service was incomparable...so much more than expected and way above what I'd received in the past from other agents. The listing was perfect. He hired a videographer to take footage, including drone footage of the area. It was posted on a Thursday evening. He met with buyers that weekend and by Monday, there were 4 offers! Because of his phenomenal abilities as an agent, we received an offer from each person that came through...even with a higher than average asking price. I was surprised and incredibly impressed. Max also magnificently managed the entire escrow process and was in communication constantly, which was so key to me since I was in the midst of a big move and job change. He set up a website so I could track the progress of where we were at in escrow and what to expect at each step of the way. At the end of escrow, he even gave me moving boxes! I don't know of any other realtor that does that!! When I sell or buy another home, Max will be the first person I call. I would recommend Max's services to anyone and everyone. Truly and completely amazing.

We have been working w/ Max for about a year now in trying to buy our first home. From the beginning Max was very helpful and informative. During our first meeting, Max went into a pretty extensive Homebuying 101 crash course. We were very impressed at how knowledgeable he was about the industry and we immediately knew we had to stick w/ him. Unfortunately, initially we were not able to qualify for a loan, however, the following year we got pre-approved and I reached out to him and he immediately responded. Less than a month later, we found our home and we closed soon after. Max was very receptive and responsive to our likes and dislikes. He was very honest with us about the "good" and the "bad" about the homes we viewed which we really appreciated because it showed us he was always looking out for our best interest. He was very responsive to our requests and immediately contacted the sellers' agents when we wanted to view a home and made himself available to meet w/ us or talk w/ us over the phone. There were no questions unanswered, and believe me, I asked a lot of questions!! LOL!! I would highly encourage anyone looking for an agent to contact this man. Max was absolutely amazing! He helped us immensely and pulled more than his weight through a ~90day escrow! He made a painful transaction tolerable and I would HIGHLY recommend him. Extremely knowledgeable. Purchasing a home is undoubtedly stressful for the buyersaEUR|but what is often overlooked is the fact that the Realtor is doing all the negotiating. When faced with a stubborn owner/seller that wasnt motivated, her agent whose ignorance slowed the transaction and a lukewarm escrow company, we wondered if it was worth it all. I came to know max due to the fact that I was a neighbor of his brother and his wonderful family which they welcomed us and invited us to many family occasions. Max assisted with the purchase of my first property in 2005, a triplex. I couldn't have picked a more experienced agent. He made the experience & process as seamless as can be. He is well versed in the field.
