Melissa is our go-to realtor. She has helped us buy and then sell 8 homes. When we first partnered with Melissa in selling one of our homes, we immediately knew she was the best?she was realistic with pricing; she didn?t pressure us when people made offers; she always hired a professional photographer to make our homes look great; she taught us how to stage our home; and she got to know us and what we liked and didn?t like. You hear horror stories of realtors who don?t know what they are doing, or pressure you. Melissa is completely opposite of that. She is a professional, understands the market and trends, realistic, honest, not pushy, and will always protect you whether you are a buyer or a seller.
