I could not be happier with the experience I had with Meredith and her amazing team. Had it not been for them and their professionalism and skill from day one, I dont know if the sale of my condo would have ever gone through. Every issue that arose was handled quickly. Let me tell you a little story about working with Meredith Schlosser: Shes a war machine sent from the future to help humans procure real estate! I told her I wanted a very specific condominium and it just wasnt on the market. Within 24 hours she identified one, contacted the owner, and provided me with a tour of it. I literally made the purchase of an off market condo within four days. We closed escrow about 28 days later. The best part? I wasnt even in the state. I saw the place once and then did everything else remotely. I recommend Meredith and her team in the strongest of terms whenever youre dealing with real estate. But I also recommend them in the strongest of terms with any project youre doing. Lets say for an example you wanted to invade a small country. Contact Meredith. The Truth about Meredith. A hint, shes better than they say. Our family made a decision to move back east to be closer to family, a decision that did not come lightly. We reached out to Meredith who we knew from the neighborhood to give us her thoughts on the market and how things work. What she came back with was brilliant and we knew we found our relator.
