Even better, she helped us negotiate a deal below asking price and orchestrated an unbelievable 15-day close! We are so glad we worked with Mia and her team to purchase our condo in San Franciscos Cathedral Hill neighborhood. Because this was our first purchase in SF, we weren't very familiar with the area. Right at the start, Mia set up visits to several open houses to help us get a feel for the different neighborhoods. This made it much easier for us to narrow down exactly where we wanted to focus. Mia is highly knowledgeable, super responsive, and very easy to work with. When a friend recommended 3 realtors to us, she said since Mia gets some 70% of the business for our condo complex, she must be very busy and may not give us a lot of attention. I contacted the other two realtors and after not hearing back for a week, I reached out to Mia via her website. She called me within 10 minutes! That was the start of the easiest and most stress-free real estate experience for us. Our first impression of Mia and her team's work was very positive, when we received her report for activities in the property market, principally but not entirely in SF's South Beach and SOMA neighborhoods. We had a preliminary meeting in the summer of 2023. When we were ready to put our condo up for sale in early 2024, we were confident in our choice of agent to represent us. Our sale took longer than usual due to various conditions and external factors. Throughout the months that passed, Mia patiently and carefully showed our apartment at open house and private viewings, liaising with the handymen who did some initial small repair work and also the staging company. We were able to trust her judgement and advice on different issues, including pricing, coming off market for a while and the general state of the market. Once a buyer had been found, the final stages leading up to closing all went extremely smoothly as well. Mia did an amazing job of selling our condo in San Francisco. We reached out to several realtors and decided to go with Mia because she was the most responsive and had lots of relevant experience. When we first reached out to her, we said we would like to be under contract in three months, and she delivered! She was able to find a buyer in just under two months, including one month spent on preparing the condo for sale. She coordinated new carpet installation, appliance installation, painting, cleaning, and staging. It was a relief to not have to find vendors for all of this, and Mia was able to source all of this work for an affordable price and quick turnaround. Mia knows her market very well and was able to give us valuable advice on pricing the unit and what improvements to do (and which ones to not) to best position the condo for sale. Mia represented us as buyer when we purchased a multifamily property in Russian Hill. She was fabulous! We are from Southern California, and we are not very familiar with the San Francisco market. Mia showed us properties in different parts of San Francisco, and introduced us to areas we didn't consider. We were doing a 1031 exchange, so we had a limited period of time to find a property. We eventually found one in the most beautiful area of San Francisco. We were not able to see the property at the first viewing opportunity, so Mia took videos for us and gave us her analysis, and we trusted her so much that we decided to make an offer without actually seeing the property in person. She guided us through the offer process to position our offer most favorably to seller because there was a lot of interest. She was very strategic in her approach, and our offer was accepted. Throughout the escrow process, Mia was always on top of everything - with the disclosures, inspection, documentation, repairs, the 1031 facilitator, tenant estoppels, property manager, staying within timeline, deadlines, etc. At our final inspection prior to closing, all the tenants seemed to know Mia, and one of them commented to me what a pleasure it was to work with Mia. I feel so lucky that I was introduced to Mia, because I dont think another realtor would have been able to get the deal done as swiftly, but still done very well, the way Mia did. I was looking to purchase a condominium in San Francisco and thoroughly searched for an agent who had extensive knowledge of the condo market in the city and Mia fit the bill. We sold our Beacon condo in Mission Bay with Mia and her team, and can confidently recommend her 100%! Mia sold our condo 3 TIMES, and was patient, empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable through many life changes over those 3 years. Mia?s team was impressive from beginning to end. They were quick to answer all questions and seamlessly kept us updated throughout the entire selling process. -The first time Mia sold our home, we were still living in the unit. Once it went into contract, we had to back out due to our baby being born and not being ready to move out of the unit. Despite the circumstances, Mia was flexible and we appreciated her sincerity and understanding. -The 2nd time she sold our home was in 2020 during the peak of the covid pandemic. The buyer backed out due to all the uncertainty surrounding the market but Mia was able to negotiate to recover the deposit from the buyer! -The third time (is a charm!!), we had moved out of the unit to our new home in Carmel Valley. Mia has an amazing in house designer that staged our home at a special low rate - in which we were able to achieve the highest and best result that we were happy with!! The colors, textures, layering of items and design were all top notch and we got many compliments on the staging.
