I cant thank Michel and Jacolyn enough for all their help in the sale of my Moms Santa Monica condo. They thoroughly explained all aspects of the selling process, always giving us all options which let us land on the best decisions for my mom. We did some renovation of her condo, and with their expertise in market trends and buyer preferences, helped us decide which renovations to focus on and collaborated with us on aesthetic concerns. Their suggestions on all aspects were fantastic, from escrow to stager to photographer. They go above and beyond for their clients, and they are incredibly trustworthy for their knowledge and ethics. Michel and Jacolyn Bron made selling our house not only an easy process, but even a pleasurable one! It started long before the house was on the market - Michel encouraged us to get a pre-inspection to understand how the house would be seen by the buyer. Once we got the results, he talked us through the massive report to help us figure out which issues were worth fixing and which ones we could leave as is. Michel connected us with the right professionals to get everything prepared for putting the house on the market - he is clearly well respected within a number of the home trades and it shows in the quality of the people he was able to connect us with. The Bron's helped us negotiate high-quality staging, and even went above and beyond by bringing in some of their own pieces to supplement what the staging company was providing. Guidance without pressure was provided at every step, and the pricing and marketing strategies Michel and Jacolyn implemented were truly expert level. Once we had a buyer under contract (and within a day of listing the house!) Michel and Jacolyn guided us through negotiations and contingencies and fought hard for our interests every step of the way. My wife and I started our quest for a new Home in Santa Monica, but had no idea where to turn for help. After a Google search for Realty specialist in the area, the Bron Realty Group populated on my screen. I made an appointment with Michel Bron to meet the following week. Upon meeting Michel, I quickly realized that he was the Santa Monica property specialist as he explained the area to my wife and me. He was also on time and very professional. Pretty sure me or my ex wife gave you good reviews online somewhere 20 years ago. I really dont know what to say about Michel and Jackie. They are amazing. They were extremely attentive and supportive with my wife and I. He gave us sound advice and helped us through the sale with his years of seasoned experience. He was realistic and informed of the surrounding area even though his office is located in Los Angeles. Michel (and his wife Jacolyn) were absolutely amazing throughout the whole home buying process. The first thing Michel did was sit us down and walk us through the ~24 step process for buying a home. This helped ensure there were no surprises anywhere along the way, and kept us from getting anxious as we waited for the deal to progress. With Michel and Jacolyn we never felt lost of unsure of anything during the time we worked with them. The two of them were available whenever we had questions, and were always quick to respond by phone, text, or email. I cannot say enough good things about Michel & Jacolyn Bron! My parents moved into a retirement community and it was time to sell their Brentwood condo - a task that was more than daunting. Thankfully, the Brons were with us every step of the way. When Michel & Jocelyn first came to the space, it was still full of stuff and needed some work to get it sellable. The Brons had great ideas from paint color to carpet color, staging to timing. When the work was complete, they went into overdrive and got fabulous pictures, the website up & running and a localized direct mail piece done quickly and beautifully. Besides the usual open house schedule, the Brons added a twilight open house on the roof deck and bent over backwards to always be on hand to show the unit to potential buyers. Through it all, Michel was a wonderful advisor - managing multiple offers, listening to my thoughts and always doing what was best for my parents. In the end, one of the potential buyers was also being represented by the Brons and, despite their making significantly more money had we gone with their offer, they supported our discussion to go with another buyer. In the end we closed significantly over asking in what was a very easy transaction. We so appreciate all the guidance the Brons gave us. Besides liking Michel and Jacolyn as people, we feel that we were in the best hands to manage such a significant transaction for us. A+ experience from start to finish.

To me, the thing about realtors is that if you?re motivated and the realtor is competent, the chances of you finding the right home are pretty high. After all, your interests are aligned, and so long as you have the money and there are houses on the market, it?s only a matter of time. So what truly separates out the great realtors from the average ones isn?t whether the realtor finds the house of your dreams, or even how long it takes (too many factors can affect the time), but rather, the realtor?s attitude in between. And this attitude aspect is what separates Michel and what makes him so wonderful to worth with. The moment this really sunk in was in the middle of escrow on the house we eventually bought, House A. There was a lot riding on this house for Michel as it was his listing, it had been on the market for a while, and he had put his neck on the line by asking the sellers to come down to meet what we could afford. As we were going through the inspection process, we saw on Zillow another house (House B), very close to House A, which we thought was a better deal. We were nervous to tell Michel, but we trusted him as our agent and hoped for the best. He far exceeded our expectations. As a sign of the true professional he is, he told us he understood and put full effort into trying to get us House B. He met us at the house right away for a showing, repeatedly called the unresponsive agent, submitted our offers quickly (there were multiple parties interested in the house), took time to argue for us in emails, advised us on things we could do to make it more likely to get the house, and never made a fuss about our indecision after entering escrow on his listing. Instead, he was, as always, a joy to work with and trying his best for us. There?s no question that without going through this ordeal, we would have already unequivocally recommended Michel: besides his character strengths, he knows the housing market, he knows the buying process, he is honest and willing to give his opinion throughout, and he teaches classes to young realtors ? which is a good sign that he?s valued by his peers too. But having put Michel through the House B situation, we saw his positive attitude, tremendous professionalism, and great character to an even greater extent. We couldn?t have been happier to have had Michel in our corner. Perhaps we would have eventually bought a house with a different agent, but certainly the process wouldn?t have been as painless and we wouldn?t have been able to say we met one of the real good guys in real estate. I met Michel through a friend and since I didnt have any experience with Real Estate Brokers I decided to go with him. I wasnt ready to buy yet and found that Michel was OK with that and very accommodating with trying to find the right property and not the fastest one. He was very helpful with resources and using the MLS to look at homes very specific to what I was interested in location wise as well as price. When I settled on a property and needed to make an offer he was there right away and had the offer drafted and in the hands of the seller in a day. He has very good contacts in all areas of home buying from financing to inspections and is very knowledgeable about the market and process. We do not like to recommend anyone unless We are 150% confident in them. That being said, we would recommend Michel Bron to everyone. My husband and I work a lot and have a newborn baby. Michel worked around our hectic schedules and made it really easy for us by arranging open houses in an efficient and organized manner. He was really considerate about the baby and even babysat her in the car so she could sleep while we looked at places. Also, the escrow officer at Granite Escrow was quite slow, unprofessional, and downright mean. Michel maintained his professional demeanor and pushed things along despite this unusually difficult individual. He was always on top of everything and made sure everyone involved also did their job quickly. He told us what to expect when we put the house up for sale and he delivered everything he promised and more! It seemed as though he never stopped working for us. He was up late at night and early in the morning. Anytime we needed to reach him he got back to us immediately. We cant recommend him enough
