Very friendly and works hard to help find what you are looking for, and making sure she does everything she can to help with the whole process. Buying a house can be a very stressful and confusing endeavor, and Michelle was there to help every step of the way, and even after closing, is still following up to make sure everything is taken care of. Would recommend to anyone in the area, a fantastic person to work with. Thankyou!

Michelle is everything I could have asked for in a Realtor! Michelle is very knowledgeable about the Central Valley market and helped me look for a home in Tracy, Lathrop and Manteca. She was patient, focused and was always thoroughly prepared. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and then prepared a list of homes for me to see every weekend for many weeks! She took the time to show me the homes and pointed out the positives and negatives and never pushed me. When I finally found a home that I liked she handled the negotiation expertly through the final closing despite many a hiccup. She Was always on top of things and kept in close touch with the Title company, Sellers Agent and my Lender. She is always available whether it’s a quick text or phone call. I strongly recommend Michelle whether you are Buying or Selling. She is a thorough professional, communicates clearly and promptly, drives the process and keeps it moving which is all I could ask for.

Buying a new home is stressful and it’s even more so for first-time home buyers. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Ziller for a little over 2 months. With the competitive housing market, it helps to have an experienced realtor on your side who is knowledgeable about the area you’re looking to buy in. Michelle was always available via text/email/phone and she guided us from start to finish. We found a home that we love and closed on it a couple of days ago. Michelle is hardcore really good agent. She will Stick to your budget and will not try to put you in a house that is over your budget. She is very responsive and will do her best to fulfill your wishlist. She got me into a house in just 3 weeks! She is fun to work with. Of course that does not Include the escrow process. You will not regret it if you hire Michelle.
