Mike is a very professional real estate agent who helped my family over a year to purchase a house. He knows the Bay Area very well and closely worked with us on our preferred geographical location. What I truly appreciate about Mike is his transparency to tell you what the major and potential problems of a property (electrical, plumbing, settling, roofing, foundation, drainage, etc), which mostly can be easily overlooked during open houses with all the fancy staging. He carefully took the time to explain all of the details of the disclosures, so nothing was ever a surprise before making an offer. In addition, Mike has also helped me with renovation ideas, permitting info, quotes on home insurances, and referrals to excellent lenders for loans. He made the home buying process as simple as possible. We became really good friends over the year and I certainly recommend Mike for anyone looking to buy a home in the Bay Area. Mike did an amazing job helping my husband and I buy a home in the Sunset neighborhood. Given that he grew up in the neighborhood he had vast knowledge of the neighborhoods and school districts. He also had lot of experience with the selling agents which helped give us a leg up on other offers. For the house we ultimately purchased, we were able to see it prior to it being listed online due to his connections. Our offer was also not the highest but due to Mike's expertise our offer was accepted. 10/10 would work with Mike again!

Mike did an amazing job selling our home! We were challenged with selling our home in San Francisco remotely from San Diego and Mike made that process so enjoyable for us without the stress of having to travel back and forth. The home needed many repairs before listing the property which Mike took care of from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about Mike, and cannot recommend him enough to anyone!! He was so knowledgeable throughout the whole process and even when we had a little bit of a hiccup he knew all the routes it could go and how to get us through to our dream home. Mike was our agent for over 15 months as we embarked upon the process of buying our first home in the Bay Area. From the moment we met him at an open house till today, Mike has been a complete professional who has been available to us at all times without hesitation. He patiently educated us on the home buying process, saw dozens of properties with us, spent many many hours reviewing disclosures with us, and supported us as we wrote 6 offers in the process of buying our home. Mike also offered his expert advice on all kinds of topics throughout the process and was very hands on all the time. E.g. he proactively inspected houses himself (incl. Going into the crawlspace at times!) to point out potential issues where he saw them. We were just looking and when we realized we were ready, Mike got us quickly pre-approved, with good advice on making our offer competitive to get ours accepted over the other offer without a counter, we then were able to close early, with no hiccups. His team is absolutely on it and has great connections with skillful lenders and a list of contractors ready for us to utilize.
