We were able to sell our first home that we have had as a rental property for the past 9 years with an escrow period under a month with Mike Vartanian. Selling a home during a pandemic honestly wasn’t in our plans and thought it would require a lot of work on our part since we currently are living in Nevada. With Mike as our agent, it got done with no hassles or stress at all to us. He helped get our home ready for showings and arranged every detail. We avoided extra expenses with his knowledge and expertise. We listed our home thinking we would get less than asking price but within 3 days of listing our property we had two offers over asking price. This was our first time selling a home and Mike never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us with every step of the way. He honestly went above and beyond what we had expected. It was a true pleasure to have Mike Vartanian as our real estate agent. He never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly (most of the time almost immediately). Could not be happier with Mike! Before we even listed on MLS he had two sets of flyers out in the neighborhood. With his suggestions from Mike for work on the house we ended up selling it for over asking price. Went on market February 7th. Money in bank March 13th. Wow, is all I can say!
