After interviewing several realtors we hired Patty due to her outstanding presentation on how she planned to market our property, her Stella record and her very apparent passion and attention to detail for her profession. Patty provided a top notch, start to finish “concierge” service, bringing in seasoned and vetted contractors to prepare the house for sale (gardeners, painters, window cleaners, electricians etc…). The house was professionally staged, turned around and listed on the mls all within a week. Patty handled every detail since we had to be out of town that week. In a competitive market with multiple offers, I learned firsthand how important it is to have an agent who’s experienced and understands how to write a compelling and clean offer. She understands what's needed to compete with other buyers and get an offer accepted when there's stiff competition. She helped me get into contract without overpaying for the property. Because it was an older, historic home she was extra diligent in setting up a full set of inspections to look at every aspect of the house. This turned out to be a blessing. She understood exactly what we needed to do to prepare our house for the highest possible price, what that ambitious price target should be and was instrumental in completing the preparation within 2 weeks. I am not sure if I can adequately express my positive experience with Patty Contreras. I owned property in San Diego, but live in Philadelphia. Patty took care of everything regarding the sale of my home, and I did not have to make one trip out to San Diego.
