Paul is excellent and knowledgeable about the entire home-buying process (beginning to end). He doesnt just get you a house for his benefit; he ensures the house is a home fit for you and within your budget. He helped my sister with the entire home-buying process, and she is also thrilled with him. I highly recommend him if you want a knowledgeable, excellent negotiator, understanding, patient, and crazy animal lover as your realtor. At such a difficult time in the real estate market, my wife and I were very blessed to meet Paul. Instantly, we observed Paul was a true professional, and helping us get into a home was only second to getting us the right home that fit our budget. In other words, hes not in it for the $$ he actually wants his clients to be happy with their purchase. Paul always provided feedback after we would view a property and we appreciated his honesty. He often gave us things to think about when looking (money needed for upgrades or other things regarding certain properties). Finally, having dealt with a realtor prior to Paul that was the complete opposite, we were a little discouraged and wondered if we would find someone who is an advocate for us buyers, and needless to say, Paul was that guy.
