Paul was our property manager for almost 5 years. We rented in Tujunga, never met or knew the owner. Paul took care of every concern or complaint large or small. He was quick to arrive whenever we needed assistance, we had a plumbing issue and he had a plumber there within 3 hours, had a heat issue and he had someone there within 8 hours. If I planned to buy a home locally, I would absolutely be asking Paul to find my new forever home. He's knowledgable in everything home related and the nicest guy to work with.
