Rebecca did an incredible job negotiating both the sale of our property and the purchase of a new one — all in a little more than two months. It was a reverse exchange transaction with very short escrow periods for both the sale and the purchase, so it was more involved than a typical transaction. Rebecca handled it exceptionally well. She provided us with all the information we needed to make informed decisions, and we never felt pressured to accept an offer. She also helped us find quality tradespeople for inspections and repairs, and overall assisted in preparing the property for sale. Rebecca is energetic and enthusiastic about her work, and it’s clear that she loves what she does. She was available when needed and made sure the process moved along smoothly in both transactions.
