I recently had an amazing experience working with Adrienne as my real estate agent. Throughout the entire process, she provided exceptional service and knowledge of local real estates. Having worked with other real estate agents in the past, I can confidently say that Adrienne is on a whole other level. I met Adrienne by random chance when she was assigned to me after I called a house listing I was interested in on Trulia. During this time, I had already had a different real estate agent in mind; one that a friend had recommended to me that I had not contacted yet. I figured I would take a look at the house and see if I am interested in the property first. Despite not even being my real estate agent at the time, Adrienne still went out of her way to help me answer questions and gave me useful advice. That first house ultimately ended up being the property I purchased and the credit of that feat really goes to Adrienne. Buying a home is something that is stressful for every individual going through it. You really want someone who you know has your back and I believe Adrienne is someone who really had my best interest. At no point did I ever feel like I was rushed or pressured despite going with a very aggressive escrow at 21 days. Other real estate agents I have worked with in the past, you can just tell that they wanted to close the deal as quickly as possible. During negotiations, I didn?t feel like I needed to hide what my true maximum was from my real estate agent. I was upfront and honest with Adrienne what I was willing to pay for the property. She took it upon herself to negotiate a much better deal than the maximum amount I could do. In doing so, she saved me thousands. Overall, I could not be happier with the service Adrienne and the entire Schulman Team provided during my home buying process.

Richard and Tracey helped us sell our home in Glendale. Richard is an old friend having helped us buy our dream home 10 years back. So when it was time for us to sell the home, it only made sense for us to get his help again. He priced the home competitively and though we had to drop the price a couple of times due to the bad market and crazy interest rates, at the end everything worked out. A special shout out goes to Tracey for doing endless open houses and showing the home to mutiple interested parties. Adrienne and Tracey also staged the house perfectly and captured beautiful pictures for the listing. Richard was always available by phone to answer any questions and Tracey helped us close the sale seamlessly after we had moved cross country. Thank you Richard and Tracey for everything!

Ive been working with Richard and his team since we bought our first house in 2015. Not shortly after that, we stayed in communication about potentially purchasing some investment properties. I should have listened to his advice then, I would be much better off now! We never pulled the trigger on the investment properties, but fast forward a few years and we started looking for a bigger house for our growing family. Over the course of several years, we worked with Richard and his team to view and make offers on dozens of properties in a crazy market. He is always honest about a property and what he thinks, and always looks out for his clients best interest. My partner and I just bought our first home with Talya Gumpel from the Richard Schulman team, and we could not be happier. We initially were just going to open houses and making appointments on our own. After finding a property that we really wanted to see, we reached out to a few buyer?s agents to try to schedule a showing. While other agents hesitated to follow up with an elusive seller?s agent, Talya hopped on an initial call with us on the same day and got us an appointment within the week. We were immediately impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness. We then went to see 3-4 properties with her, she helped us put in 2 offers, and one was accepted. As first-time homebuyers, we were anxious and hesitant at various points in the process, but Talya was patient with us and talked us through our questions and concerns at every turn. We were able to do multiple inspections of the property we ended up buying and negotiated for repair credits, which are both exceedingly rare in the LA market. At move in, she even got us some pool floaties as a house warming gift. Now, nearly a month and half after we closed, she is still helping us coordinate with the sellers to transition everything (appliances, security systems) over. The Richard Schulman Team is absolutely amazing! This team, specifically Tracey Kardash, went above and beyond. It can be a tedious process looking for houses, especially in this market when there are plenty of other offers. Tracey made sure to keep our spirits up, present us with the facts and update us at every turn! Our texts always got a response and our questions never went unanswered. She was invested in making sure we found the right home, not just any home. I knew she was doing a lot of work behind the scenes but I didnt truly know how much until we closed. The listing agent came up to me and said you wouldnt have gotten this house without her persistence. This was not an easy sale/easy close. She could have taken the easy way out and just sat back. She didnt! And because of her persistence and awesome attitude, my family is now living in our dream home! She is incredible and treats her clients like family! Her and the team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect condo in West LA. Richard and his team is the best in the Santa Monica area. He helped us bought our 1st home in Santa Monica back in 2012. It was a foreclosure property at that time and he was able to help us negotiate with the bank and also found contractors to quickly remodel the property. We got a good deal and the market bounced back quickly. His team also help us and a few of our friends lease and manage our properties after we moved to other areas. Last June, Richard helped us sold the property and we were happy about the offer and the time it took to sell. During the process of buying, leasing, and selling, Richard and his team are always very responsive, he can always get good quotes on cleaning, repair, staging with his connections in the area. We dont need to spend time communicating with other contractors because his team took care of all those tedious things for us. We asked a lot of questions at the time we were purchasing our first home because that was our first purchase and we know nothing about the process since we are immigrants. Richard was able to answer all our questions and actually be like a real estate trainer to teach us all the details. I also google answers online just because I liked to make sure nothing was wrong and it turned out all Richards responses are professional and all correct. So later on, we start to build a strong trusting relationship with him and just let him handle everything and also recommended him to our close friends. So the conclusion of this long review is: if you have questions, just ask and Richard can definitely help. But if you are too lazy, just lay down and let them handle everything! The review was kind of late, but it comes to the tax season and we start to do tax and then remind us of you. :)

I wanted to let people know what a great experience I had working with The Richard Schulman team (and more specifically Mona our agent) The process of selling our house was so seem-less and honestly painless. Mona and her team really held our hand the whole way. Right from the beginning meeting her we felt we were in great hands. The pictures of our house came out great and really showcased all the great features. On the first day we ended up getting 3 full price offers, and 2 were well over asking which was incredible. After some negotiating and some great strategy we sold out house for $150,000 over our asking. Which was just incredible. I couldn?t believe Mona was able to get us such an amazing offer (and SO QUICKLY) What I really liked was that I could easily get in touch with other Mona and if she was busy she would immediately text me to let me know when she would call me back. Mona was tremendously knowledgable about the market and how to negotiate appropriately so as to get us the most money possible. Richards team guided us through this quite stressful process as first time home buyers. Manjeet Bhasin was our primary contact. Manjeet was tireless in showing us different parts of LA, all sorts and types of homes as we were learning about the different neighborhoods and our own needs, likes and dislikes. After better understanding ourselves, we ended up focusing on Burbank and on houses as opposed to apartments in LA. Manjeet was able to help there as well, always guiding us and always helping us make the right decision. I wish there were ten stars as I couldnt have been more pleased in working with Amy Johns of Richard Schulmans team in selling my condo. Ive spent many professional years in another end of the real estate business so was very selective and critical when it came to vetting and choosing an agent. Everything Amy told me could be accomplished was. She is a great listener, very active in pursuing leads, makes things happen quickly and efficiently, partners with you through every step and beyond. My condo was listed and in escrow within 5 days of going live on the MLS with multiple offers above asking. As first time buyers, in the highly competitive market of Los Angeles, my wife and I had many questions and were extremely nervous throughout the home buying process. Luckily, we were put in touch with Mike Lease of the Richard Schulman Team. Our first home purchase was also unique in that it was a multi-unit home of which we had rented for a number of years and the sellers were trying to bypass a lot of systems to better their position, which wouldve ultimately cost us more a lot more money than we expected and could ultimately afford. Thanks to Mike, we were able to save that money. In addition to his acute insight of the real estate market, he also made himself very available to answer our endless amount of questions and concerns, in a manner that was calm, confident and trustworthy. As we entered the inspection process Mike was very acquainted with all the reports that came back and guided us through the priorities and tactics in asking for deductions. The organization of his team was perfect, from recalling a certain document very quickly or packaging all documents (closing, inspections, purchase, escrow, disclosures) together after the home purchase was complete.
