Robert was recommended to me by a high school friend who had done business with Robert in the past. He had nothing but good things to say about Robert and I agreed to meet him. I had interviewed a few people and nobody encouraged us like Robert did. He became like an extended part of the family always looking out for what was best for us. I was pregnant through out the whole experience of selling my home and he made it easy to understand the process and was right there coaching me on the next step. He didn't just sell our home quickly but he got us way over asking price. I highly recommend Robert and wish him nothing but the best for him and his family. Robert Estrada was recommended to me by a great friend. I did not know him but out of the gate Robert was very personable and extremely cognizant of the client needs and expectations. That was immediately obvious! Working the CA market is fast paced and intense but he never let his foot of the gas, traffic or no traffic. I could always get in touch with him at a moment's notice and he always kept us informed. While there were many impressive attributes about Robert, one of them really stood out to us. He went above and beyond to take care of my mother (the seller) and alleviate as much stress and trauma to his client who had not moved in 45 years! It was something innate, not learned. You know what I mean. There were many other items in the process that he excelled at but the bottom lines is this: From a sellers perspective, if you need your home sold in the Southern California market you may want to touch base with Robert. He has worked with us nearly a year to find the most perfect multiple units property which met most of our future goals. We moved from New York to California in early 2012, and didn't know where we would like to settle yet so we were only looking houses in desirable areas. One day we were driving around to see some open houses, and Robert's open house was one of them. We fell in love with the house right away, but we were kind of hesitate because we didn't know the listing agent and plus the area. Robert answered all our questions with patience and explained the procedure of buying a house in CA in a professional way. After having few conversations back and forth with Robert, we asked him to represent us, and he did get the owner accepted our offer! When I met Robert I had been working with another agent for a year and a half with no success. What first impressed me about Robert was his great attitude, and his knowledge of the buying process. Robert immediately set up a meeting with me to review my finances and to get the specifics on what kind of property I wanted and where I wanted it. He was very knowledgeable of the area I wanted and quickly got the ball rolling. We looked a several properties and he submitted many offers, only to have them turned down. No fault of Robert, sellers would accept cash offers or a higher offer. At times I became disillusioned and frustrated, Robert would talk to me and remind me of what my goal was and would re-focus me. I really appreicated that, because he could of influenced me to settle for less and he did not do that. We finally found my dream property and I have Robert to thank for that. (;

Robert has helped me find and purchase 2 multi-unit properties within the past 3 years in the Los Angeles area. He is an incredibly honest person who always holds his customers best interest ahead of all other things. In both instances he has diligently negotiated the purchase price and terms, to get me a better deal than I expected. I also appreciate Roberts responsiveness to calls/emails and his follow up communication after the purchases have closed. For these reasons and more, I will continue to use Robert as my real estate agent for future investment property purchases and sales.

I had the difficult responsibility of selling my late parents home in East Los Angeles. I had two other real estate agents who were very interested in selling the property but lacked the understanding of selling in that area of Los Angeles and the patience required for such an emotional sale. Robert brought both skills as well as dealing with inspectors and providing help to make the property more attractive. I couldn't have sold this property without Robert's expertise and would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to others.
