From List date to Close of Escrow in 48 days. BOOM! We met with various realtors to list our Mother's home in the Ladera Heights area of Los Angeles. I do my due diligence, and after reviewing all "resumes," including sales results for the past 24 months, it was quite obvious that Robert Pitts was "THE GO TO REALTOR" for this area. Almost all of his listings closed escrow within 60 days and most went for at or above listing price, as did ours! Robert has a unique way of listing/marketing/showing his homes. He eliminates the looky-loos, the casual drive by on a Sunday or the walk in neighbors "let's look at open houses and get a feel for what they have done to the house and how much are they asking for it." The people coming to properties listed by Robert are ready to buy, they are serious buyers who understand in advance that they can't take their time if the house is right for them. It may be a hot market, but you still have to know the area, the market, and understand the demands of the client. DAMN, I WISH WE COULD GIVE 10 STARS TO THIS SUPERSTAR BROKER AND HIS RIGHT HAND MAN, JUAN. They were both with us every step of the way. Communication was outstanding. We received regular emails and calls, keeping us up to date on everything that needed to be done. Robert Pitts has been a broker for many years and I noticed that he had a good reputation among other agents and brokers. Selling my home was the biggest decision in my life and Robert Pitts handled me with care. He educated me on the process of selling a home and escrow. Because of this my fears were replaced with knowledge. This was helpful because Robert and my real estate agent, Diane Crouch, sold my home in one day! Please know this is the truth! I lived in Briarwood which is a gated community of townhomes in Inglewood, CA. Robert Pitts Estates set a price$100,000 more than the previous seller in Briarwood and I got it! Even with an appraiser sent by the buyer, I got the price that I asked for. Broker Robert Pitts and my real estate agent Diane Crouch really worked to help me get through the process on all levels. Robert and his team worked with us on selling our property in Ladera Heights. Selling a property is a tough cookie, however, with Robert and his team (Juan, RaSon, Jeanine) help, it went as smooth as possible and we would work with them again without any doubt. Robert helped us purchase our home nine years ago. He notified me at 6 am that the perfect house for our family had come onto the market, but advised that we would need to move quickly if we were interested because he expected that based on the listing, there would be multiple offers. Its been a few months since Robert and his staff assisted me with the sale of my home located in Huntington Beach, and I wanted to express my utter joy and satisfaction with the way he handled the entire process.I'm still experiencing a euphoria and a weight lifted off my shoulder that quite frankly, is very hard to describe. Robert provided an efficient and professional service to my mother when she sold her 5-bedroom home in Ladera Heights. The house sold quickly due to the attention to detail Pitts Realty provided. The house was in need of some cosmetic work and Robert stepped in and found workers to provide it. The workers quality was not high and we had some issues with it but Robert wasnt to blame fully for that other than he probably rushed things to a greater extent than was beneficial.
