Robin is the real deal. She is, by far, the most knowledgeable, detail-oriented, completely together real estate we have worked with. In 2015 she sold our Spanish bungalow in Venice, and her pricing and marketing strategy were completely on target. Not only did she net us $100,000 over asking, but she managed the entire process from signing the listing agreement to closing within 60 days because we needed to move quickly as we were buying another house in Westchester. Her talented photographer managed to make our quirky house shine, highlighting all the best features. Because of the Superbowl, we were unable to schedule an Open House, so she had us on the Tuesday Broker Caravan schedule with offers due that Friday. We received 10 offers, and she was able to give us full details on each one -- was it a developer, a family, potentially flaky buyer, etc -- so that we could make our best decision. After a few counters, my husband and I accepted the final offer on Docusign while sitting in a parking lot. Every inspection went smoothly and she made sure to brief us on everything before and after. We closed on time with no surprises. Robin made what can sometimes be a stressful process into an easy, relaxed experience. Not surprisingly, Robin is consistently ranked as a top agent with Sotheby's. We were very happy to have been able to work with her and we highly recommend her to everyone thinking of selling their home.
