Romel assisted me in selling an all cash manufactured home. Romel was extremely knowledgeable about the local market, setting prices and marketing the property which resulted in multiple viewings and two cash offers within14 days of the listing. He provided updates on a regular basis and always responded to my calls, texts or emails in less than 24 hours and was able to answer any of my questions about the process. Overall, Romel provided an exceptional customer experience through the entire process. I highly recommend him.

Romel is the best! He is VERY knowledgeable about the market and his advice is always spot on. His availability is so good I think he may have a secret identical twin. We were brand new to the whole process so we didnt really know what to do, so we had to put a lot of trust in our realtor and he did NOT disappoint. I would definitely say he earned a five star review. Without being pre-approved most agents won’t even waste their time. He made sure that I felt comfortable with the time frame. I was kind of reluctant to ask other agents the same question because they tend to be very judgmental once they find out that you’re not buying, however Romel did not care if I was ready to buy or not he still answered all the questions I had and even offered to show me houses that are being sold in orange county!
