We had an extremely difficult issue, as a matter of fact a HOST of issues and we tried with another broker who didn't understand the complexities. Quite by accident we came across Ron and engaged him. Not only was he professional but he got the job done. We are forever grateful for his expertise and knowledge. He is a to the point no nonsense professional who you will never regret using.

I bought my first house and Ron was extremely helpful throughout the process. The whole house-buying process was pretty vague and intimidating at first but Ron was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. When we found a house that we liked, Ron negotiated with the seller to make sure that they repaired the AC and Heating Unit before we closed. It really seems that hes looking out for the best interests of the client and not just trying to make the most money.

Got ahold of him to show us a property and he never showed up. Called him while at the property and he said he wasn't coming because we didn't confirm. He said he emailed me before to confirm but I didn't get an email and when I spoke with him on the phone he never mentioned anything about having to confirm the viewing.

We were able to get our first choice and although the nature of our particular escrow was difficult they made it seem really easy and smooth. This review is long over due. My fiance and I worked with Cheryl Escobar to purchase our first home. I originally contacted Cheryl which I found on Zillow in November, when we decided to try and buy a house. She did not beat around the bush and told me she would be happy to help but the process is to get pre approved and then start looking. It took me about a month to find a lender to help, but when I did, the lender made a recommendation for us to work with her real estate agent. We figured she knew him so ok, we did. It was the worst, but I didn't know it. He never had time because real Estate was his second job. We worked with him for 3 weeks without even meeting him once. He wrote offers for us without ever viewing the home with us. It was weird to say the least. We ended up telling him it was not working after that and in the process found another agent that was eager and willing to meet us at our convenience. The thing about these guys was, that every house we saw was "the one". They wanted to write an offer for everything. They never took into account what we wanted and would try and sell us on everything. That was a new experience considering the first guy never even had time to meet with us, but also weird. My fiance never really felt comfortable with the experience, it was very pushy and rushed. It just didn't feel right. We decided to tell them thank you but no thank you. We almost quit looking after that. It had been almost 2 months and we thought, if this is the home buying process, it's not for us. Then, I remembered Cheryl. I called her and she was on it. She was courteous, polite, informative and realistic. She asked about our family, what we were looking for, in what area and got to work. Before the end of the day we had a meeting to meet the next day at a property. She was a breath of fresh air considering what we had experienced. We did not have to say no to that property, she said it for us. Cheryl had our family's best interest in mind the whole time. Not once through the process did we feel pressured or obligated. She would make time to view homes with my fiance, and if there were any maybes, she would view them with me since our schedules were so different. When we had time together, we would all go out together. The process was about 5 months, from looking to closing but we found the perfect home for us. We have been in it for 3 months now and we love it. As far as Cheryl, we consider her family. She is great at what she does and we appreciate everything she did for us. From searching for homes and through the escrow process she was very accessible and would call just to check in sometimes. The Escobar group as a whole was very professional and even through some rocky times with other properties and escrow companies, they had our back. Thank you all for the hard work and making our dream a reality.

The whole team was spectacular. Cheryl (the initial agent) is spectacular. She was very attentive to our wants and needs. Spent every weekend for the span of 6 months searching for homes. Attitude was always pleasant. That's a plus. She helped us find a home that is suitable to our needs. Then there is Ron. Ron is the closer. He was very knowledgeable and professional . He stated what credits he thought we deserved and what the seller should pay for and everything panned out exactly as he said it would. Very impressed with his work. We mainly dealt with Cheryl and she was amazing. Cheryl was available at all hours of the day and if she was unable to answer your call, she would send a text immediately, letting you know why and telling you she would get back to you soon. Cheryl was knowledgable and informative, this was our first house and we would not have been able to accomplish it without Cheryl's help. Ron came in as we were going through the closing process and he negotiated for us like no other. It was truly a blessing to have found them and have them to help us through this journey. You know a realtor must be good if you choose them over a family member to assist you in purchasing your desired home. Chaz, from the get-go, had provided excellent and expedited service like no other! I was looking for a home for the past 10 months, and to know avail, decided to switch things up a bit by choosing a different realtor. I met Chaz through a Zillow ad and knew immediately by his credentials and communication skills that he was qualified to assist me. I made known to Chaz exactly what I desired in a home and went right to looking for it! Within five days of our encounter, he had put together a list of potential places. The condo I decided on purchasing, Chaz had found the day it had posted to the professional site. He emailed me within seconds and a few hours later we had made an offer with the contingency to view the place prior to opening escrow. I didn't think this process was doable, but by the tenacity and knowledge of Mr. Logan, we were able to get ahead of the Los Angeles market and close on a property that was exactly what I wanted. Throughout the escrow process, Chaz constantly kept in contact with me and kept me informed as to the status of progress. Every time I would send him an email, he would respond within minutes. He constantly kept me informed and knowledgeable, and for that, I would recommend him for his skill, knowledge and efficiency!
