This review is so long overdue! Roza was incredible from beginning to end, and even after my transaction closed. She was knowledgable, professional, responsive, patient, and most importantly really gave her whole effort to make this process exciting and celebratory vs stressful. Hiccups happened as with any transition through no fault of Roza, but she remained calm, responded appropriately and knew exactly how to approach every obstacle. Roza had found everything we were looking for in a house—our dream home to buy but unfortunately the seller decided to go with a higher offer that was over our budget. Disappointed, but we continued to look at other homes, unknowingly that Roza is persistently following up with the seller’s agent to see if the initial buyer’s will fall out of escrow. LOL! After 2 weeks Roza calls and tell us the house is OURS! We were so excited! And on top of that she negotiated a price less than the initial buyer’s amount and closer to our budget. She did everything in her power to make the house we fell in love with our family home. Thank you Roza for your determination and expertise.

Roza is the best realtor I have encountered. I have worked with other realtors since 2017, but so confused in the entire home buying process even after the purchase of several homes. Meeting Roza was one of the best home buying experiences I have ever had. I have found my realtor for buying and selling for life. I am in such disbelief…I am a homeowner! My goals of owning a home came to reality with the assistance of Roza. I am a first time buyer, and so i had no idea what procedures to follow. I got lucky with her. She began the process by simplifying every step of the way for a regular human to understand. I was scared to get scammed in the market from simply not understanding the “realtor dialogue”…. But with Roza by my side I didn’t have to worry. The girl is fluent in “realtoring” lol. She holds enormous amount of knowledge about her showings, she balances that with her clients interests and successfully delivers a deal. To close a deal in todays market is beyond impossible, but thats not Rozas problem. Shes a beast in this field, find her, hire her, come back and thank me later!
