I highly recommend Ruben Sarinana . He shows his expertise at all times. There were a lot of improvements that had to be made; the chief one was replacing the heater. Then there was the plumbing and mold and the permits. Ruben handled them all with complete professionalism. I highly recommend him.

Ruben sold me a property on 810 E 81st Los Angeles. It was a short sale and took some time to complete. Through the process he kept me informed of the negotiations with the seller and the bank. This can be a stressful process, however I felt at peace every time he called. I got all of my questions answered and if Ruben didn't have an answer, he would tell me that he didn't know and that he would bet back to me. True to his word he would call me as soon as he had the answer or to tell me that he was still working on getting me an answer. Ultimately what counted for me was that I got the property at a reasonable price. There were some issues that came up along the way but I don't fault him for it, I feel he really tried for me. I am satisfied.
