Ruth is the best agent ever. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She is very knowledgeable about the entire home buying and selling process, much more than other agents I have met and dealt with. She works very hard on behalf of her clients, and deals with any issues head on. She helped us buy our first house 8 years ago and did an amazing job. She most recently helped us purchase a mobile home for our parents and was there every step of the way, even helping after we had already moved them in. We ran into a number of issues during the mobile home purchase, with sellers and parks, all of which Ruth was on top of so we didn't have to worry. We will definitely use Ruth and her team for any of our real estate needs in the future.

Ruth was amazing!! She kept me in the loop every step of the way, she explained everything clearly to make sure it made sense and didnt skip the fine lines. She was very punctual and made the process go by smoothly with very little stress. (Not like other agents Ive worked with) I had bad experiences before her but Ruth changed my perspective on how buying a home should be. Its very obvious she is well educated in the industry and shared a lot of very important knowledge with me, which to me is very important when making such a huge investment. (You dont ever want it to be just a pen and paper process, you want to be educated on what your doing when buying a home). She was able to answer questions that most other well known agents Ive spoken with didnt have a clue about. I had almost bought a home with a completely different agent, the two loan officers that he had me working with kept me hangin for days and weeks, lied to me about everything and were calling me at work trying to have me make phone calls that they shouldve been taking care of. It was beyond stressful. And if I didnt read the docs they tried to rush me to sign I wouldve put myself into a really bad situation being they decided to change them at the last minute without telling me. Thank goodness for Ruth and her girls, they had compassion and integrity and were good at making things happen quick. They didnt have me doing all the legwork like the other loan officers did. They were there to help and definitely went the extra mile to make things happen. I'm beyond grateful I did business with Ruth, Shes one of a kind. I was apprehensive about selling my parents' home. But having found Ruth and meeting with her on a Thursday, she made me feel reassured and confident about putting it on the market. By Friday the beautiful site was up and we received four offers. By Monday when we met to go over the offers, we had 12. With much experience and insight into the real estate market, she helped rate the offers, thus eliminating the less potential offers until we were left with two. We made a counter and then made our final choice, signing the papers on Tuesday. All in all, the effort was easy for us. Ruth is extremely professional and and knowledgeable. Everything she told us we could expect is exactly what happened. She is confident and has a wealth of past experience and information. In addition, she knew how to stage the house and respected the house, presenting it in its best light. She seems to work 24 hours a day and is immediately responsive.. She is an extremely hard worker and an advocate for us as the seller. I would and have recomended her to my colleagues and friends. Should I need another house, I will call Ruth -- you should, too.

We put Ruth through the ultimate realty test and she passed above and beyond our imaginations! We were combining two households and looking for a very specific home to house these two families. First she gave us specifics on how to "stage" our 2 homes, thinning out closets, removing personal items etc. Both homes sold within a weekend and both OVER ASKING PRICE!Then we gave her the task of finding our very specific home. She never tired, never made excuses, was always available - and we really put her through it - for 6 months! And we were not easy customers! We had her searching and showing us homes from Fair Oaks to Elk Grove and EVERYTHING in between. She never made us feel we were putting her out even though she was married with 4 children at home, she remained the ultimate professional.When we finally found the home of our dreams, she negotiated a 1 year home warranty within the contract, something we would not have thought of.I have no reservations in highly reccomending Ruth!

Ruth is Amazing!She helped my wife and I sell my Mother-in-Law's home, our home, and gave us what seemed like her undivided attention thru 6 months of hunting for the perfect house to buy. Her knowledge in selling is top notch! We followed her recommendations, and I feel certain that because of her input we were able except an offer within a week of listing.Ruth advised us that listing the house at the right price would pay dividends and she was right.. 4 offers came in over our asking price and bottom line we received an offer slightly higher than what we were hoping for. Mom's house was not as easy as it was a bit dated.. But with her advise on staging a young single mother snapped it up.Ruth is well versed and up to date on all the trends as well.. We worked the short sell market for some time and were successful in getting offers excepted, Not and easily done in these times.
