We have known Ryan for a while. He helped us with the purchase of the previous house and is our go-to person for any real-estate needs. As the current house was a new build, Ryan guided us on the process with the builder clauses and inspection requirements., Ryan is very easy to work with and advises on all aspects of the transactions by leveraging his vast experience in real-estate. He is always reachable and super responsive to his client's needs. We can always depend on him to help with any aspects/issues with home-buying.

Ryan was a godsend for my wife and I. Ryan took the time to listen to what we wanted and took the time on a daily basis to see what was available. We purchased home and did all of the paperwork while still in Nebraska.. Ryan spent the time to go over all items with our daughter who lives in Phoenix. We were able to purchase the exact home we were looking for including location and price. The process took 9 months as we were very particular about what we wanted. Ryan was not pushy but rather more interested in what we wanted rather than what he wanted to sell

Ryan helped us to purchase multiple properties. All the purchases through him went smooth and easy. He is excellent in judging a property and its correct market value. Ryan understood our budget limitations and dealt with the seller side. Excellent in price negotiations even when the market was on peak. Ryan always stays on top of things, easy to approach and prompt to respond. Ryan patiently explains the closing process and navigates through pretty well.

I was really nervous about putting my property in Phoenix for sale as I had to do it remotely (I was living in East coast). I spoke with multiple agents and explored few cash offer options but none gave me a realistic picture and some lowballed the costs. A friend of mine referred Ryan and I was really impressed by his level of knowledge and commitment to help me through this sale. He was upfront with me about the facts including the upgrades, the timeline and details involved in getting the price right. His knowledge of the area and his expertise on every detail in this subject matter along with his connections with the right expert for upgrades helped us close the deal. He is very patient and a fair guy and he went above and beyond as he helped me coordinate the upgrades. We had multiple offers as soon as we listed the property and this wouldn't have been possible otherwise. I am glad I went with Ryan as the agent and would highly recommend him.

Based on my personal experience with Ryan Etchebarren, I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent. He is very professional and helpful when it comes to finding the right house for you. His communication skills is great and will always work based on your scheduled needs. He knows the valley very well and has great negotiation skills. He helped me find my first house that I recently purchased in August of 2015. He was very helpful when it came to all the paperwork that is involved in the house buying process. He is the go to agent when it comes to buying a house!!!

It was a wonderful experience to work with Ryan to find my single family home. This is my first home and It took more than 3 months for me to find my home and he was very patient and never pushed us on any occasion. He was very responsive, informative and friendly to work with. Even after the deal was closed he followed up with us to check whether everything is OK and assisted in all the process involved in our home purchase with all the required details.
