Based on my experience, Ryan is a sincere, honest, ethical, and dependable real estate agent. If you are looking for a hard-working and dedicated real estate agent that practices high ethical standards, look no further. Ryan is probably the hardest working realtor that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, and I was extremely fortunate to have Ryan in my corner throughout the home buying process. First, Ryan's tenacity and commitment are nothing short of amazing. Ryan is the type of guy that will fight tooth and nail for you (if need be), but will also be the first person to give you the shirt off his back. Second, Ryan always maintains a problem solver mindset. Admittingly, on several occasions, I became pessimistic or negative about the circumstances surrounding the purchase of the property in Marina del Rey, and in each one of those times, Ryan quickly came up with relevant, thoughtful solutions to overcome the issue we were facing. Ryan also has an engaging personality that is infectious to be around. He has a great attitude, is personable, honest, confident in his abilities, and genuinely interested in helping others. Having an agent who pays close attention to details is also imperative and Ryan excels in that regard too. Ryan always paid attention to my needs, was very organized, communicated well, and listened closely. Finally, Ryan understands the local housing market very well. Ryan's knowledge and interest level of the market was apparent in all conversations we had and I could definitely see that he cares about the real estate industry and more importantly, exceeding the expectations of his clients. At the end of the day, you get out of it what you put into it and choosing a good real estate agent is no different.
