I give Jennifer Anfuso my highest recommendation. Jennifer made herself available at all times and answered a million of our questions. We even had questions months after we closed and she continued to remain available. Although I knew that she was busy with other clients as well, she always made us feel like we were her ONLY client. I would never use another agent! I recommend Jennifer to all my friends who are considering buying in San Diego.

Jennifer was my agent when I purchased my Point Loma home for $760k. She is very knowledgeable about not only the area and neighborhoods, but also about remodeling ideas, costs and timelines. This was the game changer in my search a house in my price point that was open and "new feeling" with a bit of a bay view. Once we settled on my future home, there were multiple offers and I was ready to exceed my set price to win the deal, but she came up with other solutions which made my offer more attractive based on the sellers situation. She's very strategic in negotiations and this was so valuable, saving both money and securing the deal. Her relationships with lenders helped us close fast too. She was on top of everything and always responsive.

I have been involved in real estate for since 1990 and have a lot of experience with brokers, buyers and sellers. To Jennifer's credit, not one aspect of my purchase went off the tracks which is pretty unusual. The lender suggested that it would take 45 days to close a condo, especially around the two holidays. Jennifer suggested writing the contract for 30 and it forced the lender to expidite the file and we closed right on day 30. With regards to the property condition, being a 40 year old condo, every aspect of the condition was properly represented. Made it easier was the fact that her sellers listened to her every word and were easy to work with. In short, a pleasurable experience all around. Jennifer is a real pro.
