About Sandra Cusick

Who I Am: I'm a Southern California native, full-time Realtor and longtime Burbank homeowner. I've been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2006 and know Burbank and the surrounding communities firsthand. Before real estate, I worked in marketing at NBC, an experience that continues to influence the way I market homes today. I believe every property deserves a thoughtful, personalized marketing strategy rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I'm also a strong negotiator and bring a hands-on approach to every transaction. I believe in working as a team with my clients. Listening, availability and follow-through are extremely important to me. I'm available seven days a week, return calls promptly and make it a priority to keep my clients informed throughout the process. One of my biggest pet peeves is poor follow-through — I won't leave you hanging. I also own investment properties, have taken mortgage brokering courses and have experience with 1031 exchanges and familiarity with Proposition 19. I'm licensed in Hawaii as well and can assist clients with second-home and investment needs there — not a bad place to have a second home! I love what I do and enjoy helping both sellers and buyers achieve their real estate goals. Because we were remote for the entire sale, Sandra’s organization, communication, and coordination made a huge difference. When it came time to choose a realtor among many friends in the profession, she stood out. We were selling a home that our family had lived in 81 years!
