Although she represented the condo owner, she was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. We have worked with a handful of agents in Los Angeles over the years who have been great and have helped us. This year we wanted to begin searching for a larger home but we were concerned about logistics and the current market. We spoke with a few agents about our thoughts and decided to work with Sarina because she helped us create the most logistical plan for our family. She was gentle during the search and opened our eyes to a few neighborhoods we hadn’t considered. Initially, we put in a few offers on homes that ended up not being right for us. I loved that Sarina helped us make the decision to back out instead of pushing us to close on something that wasn’t perfect. A month ago we did find the perfect home. There were quite a few issues discovered during escrow. Sarina was present for every single inspection and a few times discovered some issues that we did not even think of. She kept meticulous notes in all of the details and found inspectors with good references from her colleagues and contacts. I appreciated that her approach to requesting credits/repairs was both aggressive and clear. She was highly professional during the entire challenging escrow process. A few times we considered backing out and she helped us organize our thoughts objectively without once influencing our decision. Finally, Sarina helped us organize the plan for repairs and come up with an innovative way for us to use seller credits. She worked really well with our loan officer and with the sellers agent. Of all of the agents we have used, Sarina has been the best. She’s thoughtful, thorough, professional and aggressive when needed. We will be using her again in a few weeks when we put our current home up for sale. I highly recommend her services!
