During the entire process I always felt she had my back and worked hard to get me the best possible deal on my first place. Sonia found me a home that was more perfect for me than I thought was possible. Sonia is incredibly smart, savvy and won't stop working until she finds you exactly the place you want. Sonia set me up with the perfect mortgage broker who understood my complicated employment history, and got me from looking at a house to moving in in 45 days! Whole thing couldn't have gone better. I'd say I would always use her as my realtor but this house is perfect and I'm never moving!

I honestly can't say enough about my experience with Sonia. She's the perfect blend of "sweet as pie" and "tough as nails". She's the ultimate go-getter and we felt totally taken care of with her. She made us feel like we were her only clients even though that was far from the truth. We went through the tough process of buying and selling simultaneously, which is not for the faint of heart, and Sonia kept her cool throughout. She made us feel safe, seen and heard. I will never trust anyone else when it comes to real estate. Not only did we get the home of our dreams but also got a life-long friend in the process. Five stars all the way!

(April 2012). I was a 1st-time home buyer and Sonia was amazing! She really helped walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor! UPDATE: (April 2015) I just sold the house and used Sonia as my realtor for that sale as well. Absolutely amazing!! We had multiple showings within hours of putting it on the market and had our 1st offer in less than 48 hours (all before the open house which brought in another 80+ people!). Needless to say, Sonia's marketing strategy was stellar. Once we received the offers, her dedication to making me feel comfortable through all negotiations, inspections, addl showings, and the rest of the home-selling process was top-notch. Having Sonia by my side for this was a calming presence in such a stressful time. I knew that I was in good hands from start to finish!! Thank you, Sonia!!
