Sophia has been such a great help to me and a pleasure to work with. I reached out to her after trying to fill a vacancy for five months. I don’t live close to the rental house I own, and each showing meant a two hour round trip for me. Not to mention following up with visitors, running credit reports, etc. My friend finally suggested I contact an agent to show the property. Sophia had great reviews online so I called her. I could hear instantly how transparent and easy to talk with she was. Once we got started, Sophia was highly professional in how she followed up with me and guided me through the process. I had questions about how to market the house and whether it required upgrades. Sophia was an excellent source of advice, always saving me from unnecessary expenses. She made herself available to me whenever I had questions or concerns. Within 2-3 weeks she had met several people for me and I was able to find my new tenants. Even then, she continued to provide insights and advice that helped in ways I didn’t know I needed help. I was relieved of anxiety because I knew the listing was in good hands with Sophia. She communicated to me regularly, ran people’s credit reports, provided a lease for us to use and got the tenants’ signatures for me. We have now been using Sophia’s service since 2018 for both investment properties and our personal residences and she has knocked it out of the park every time. Whatever I say in this post can’t even come close to explain how amazing of a realtor Sophia has been for my family and I. Sophie does everything in her power to ensure you are in the best position you can be in the market at the time of your purchase or a sale. My family and I saw first-hand how much hard work, effort, and time she put toward getting the answers we needed whether it was from the pre-approving lenders or the HOA companies (which we all know are so hard to deal with) to ensure we had everything ready before even placing our home on the market. I cannot explain how much work she put into researching and crossing her T’s and dotting her I’s to make sure we didn’t stress about anything with regards to the sale of our home. No matter what kind of obstacle was thrown her way she was able to get it resolved and put our mind at ease. She really cares about her clients which makes the process so much more enjoyable cause lets be honest this market has been to crazy lately it can get super stressful – but when you have a realtor like Sophia everything really does just go about smoothly. Not only did she help us sell our first home, she helped us buy our next home. Knowing how particular I am and having a good amount of “things we need” on our list, Sophia never let us down with the listings she showed us. She knew the housing market in all the neighborhoods we looked into which still impresses me until this day and she also knew incentives that went along with certain neighborhoods which is great to know as a buyer. She always showed up with a smile, always had amazing ideas for any renovations that could be done which was very insightful and appreciated especially when the market supply was so low you could get discouraged – but Sophia never gave up on our home search! We cannot thank Sophia enough for everything she has done for us. If you have any doubts about going with Sophia as your realtor, don’t. She makes sure to get you the best deal out there whether you’re selling or buying and really cares about what you’re looking for in your next purchase.
