She really encouraged us to "do our homework before buying", arranging for us to see comparable properties at different price points and in different conditions so we could understand the true value of our choice. What stood out most was when she arranged for a contractor to meet us and walk through the property we ended up purchasing. This gave us a critical opportunity to discuss potential future work and costs, which helped us think through our renovation timeline and budget. A comfort working with Stephanie was that her genuine care for the community is obvious. She's actively involved and clearly invested in the neighborhood and families that live here. She kept us informed throughout the process, offered solid advice, and showed real knowledge of the market. We cannot recommend Stephanie enough, and feel very fortunate to have worked with her.

My experience with Stephanie Younger Group (Compass) was extremely disappointing. They listed a property on their website that they did not representaEUR"seemingly to attract potential buyersaEUR"even though they had no intention of working with anyone on it. When I called to inquire, they told me the property was too far for them to handle. Despite publicly displaying property details and history, they refused to confirm if any of that information was accurate or truthful. Once it was clear they wouldnt be making a commission, their attitude shifted dramatically: they became dismissive, talked over me, offered zero help or clarification, and eventually hung up. In my opinion, this is not only unprofessionalaEUR"it borders on unethical. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and the lack of basic courtesy or accountability is unacceptable. If you're looking for a real estate team that treats people with respect regardless of profit potential, Id recommend looking elsewhere.

Our house sold quickly and for above asking price. Our initial meeting with Amber was friendly and informative.
