Client review

I am very grateful to have had Steve as my realtor when selling my house. He is a passionate and humble human being who has a fantastic eye for detail and strong instincts for negotiation. Steve stayed in regular contact with me throughout the whole process. Along the way we had some tough conversations about how to best prepare the house for the market. I appreciate that Steve was always honest and direct with me but also on my side even if I decided to go against his guidance. He is reliable and fast to act, but also maintains an air of calm and peace that I much appreciate in a process that can be highly stressful at times. Lastly, Steve brought along excellent connections who made a huge difference when it came to home staging and listing photographs.

Client review

Steve is someone who truly has your best interests at heart. From the beginning, he went out of his way to make sure I felt taken care of and that all of my needs were being met. He has great energy, no ego, and is a genuine team player. He walked me through every step of the process and was especially helpful in making sure I understood the inspections and that there were no unexpected concerns I needed to worry about. I always felt informed, supported, and completely at ease working with him. Steve is the kind of person you want in your corner when buying a home. I would absolutely recommend him.

Client review

Steve is always my first call for any real estate transaction, whether I’m selling our buying. Recently, he proved himself invaluable once again as our listing broker. We were in a unique situation and needed to sell our home quickly. We were concerned that this might require selling for less than we hoped to get, but Steve was able to get our home under contract within the first week of listing, at a price above asking! Steve is one of the most knowledgeable, kind and level-headed professionals I have ever worked with and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Client review

Stephen was kind and patient with us as we were first time buyers and knew nothing about buying a home. With that said he helped us find our perfect forever home and helped us to beat out the competition. We were able to get the first house we bid on thanks to his instruction

Client review

Stephen Shiu is great at navigating a tough competitive buyer’s environment for single family home by putting in the time to build rapport with the listing agents, and preparing a well presented and detailed purchase offer package and displaying professionalism necessary to get offer accepted. He is honest and earnest in providing guidance with the client’s best interest in mind in making offers and navigating financing options. He’s not your ordinary agent as he is also a lawyer and someone that has construction experience to help assist with what repairs and upgrades. He has the expertise and experience to extensively research property history including sale history and build permit information. He was able to negotiate credits and repairs and accommodation from the seller for additional time to close.
