Steve is by far the best real estate agent in Southern California and aEUR" quite possibly aEUR" the world (though I think he only serves LA and surrounding counties). Steve helped us buy a great house in a great school district at a great price. It was like using Groupon but better. Have you seen his videos? You should watch his videos. And you know the song aEURoeHeroaEUR? by the Foo Fighters? Yeah. Thats about Steve. Hes the guy running around saving puppies from burning houses aEUR" and then hell fix up the house and sell it the very same day.

I started my home search a year ago, randomly met Steve when I posed interest in a condo in which he was the listing agent. He was very charismatic but genuine and knew what he was talking about. He invited me to come into the office to meet with him and the lender. I stopped looking for a while and started up the process again in January 2019. I consider myself picky considering I had a few restraints but Steve was very patience with me and found me the perfect condo in Lakewood Villave. I highly recommend Steve!

Great agent. I met him at an open house and put an offer in and even though that fell through, he persevered with me and we kept looking for places for a few months. Always quick to provide comps for other condos and talk about a fair price. An honest realtor who will spend the time looking at places and not try and get you to buys something that is not right for you or overpriced. Great local knowledge and friendly personality. I doubt you will find better.! Now I have a loft in downtown Long beach to call home.

We have worked with several realtors over the years but working with Steve and his team has been the best experience yet. Being new to the Long Beach area, even finding the right neighborhood seemed like a daunting task but Steve managed to dial in our search parameters after one conversation. From the home search to the buying process, Steve did a great job of setting expectations for each step and always offered what we felt to be honest and thoughtful feedback to any question we posed. He was respectful of our schedules and, throughout all of the calls, texts, and emails, there was none of what I would call "realtor fatigue". His demeanor and humor made the entire process pleasant. Three weeks into owning our new home and it has been painted, cleaned, and repaired by folks Steve recommended. All have done great work and been equally easy to work with. My fiancee and I found Steve while searching Long Beach properties on Zillow. He showed us two properties, but we already knew the one that we wanted. He referred us to a great mortgage broker and escrow company, as well as an excellent local home inspector who was as thorough as one can be. Steve did a fantastic job as our Realtor. We met Steve at a local open house and he was very courteous and respectful even though we werent serious buyers. He was also not pushy as some Realtors trying to get our business. So naturally we called him up when we were ready to buy. Steve did an amazing job helping us put together a competitive bid on our dream house. We were able to beat out several other competitive offers. When we met our seller he told our offer was chosen because of Steve and his excellent communication and representation of us. Later on in the escrow process there were some delays on the sellers side due to some title issues. Once again Steve stepped in to make sure things got cleared up on time so that we could move in and close the sale. If anyone asks us for a Reltor recommendation it will be Steve Nader.
