Steven has a wide skillset. He arranged the staging of our property in a way that truly captured it's essence. He has marketing savvy that includes making the best use of targeted digital advertising. Legacy agencies often do not have this understanding. Selling our unique home was not a simple transaction, so his experience working with the County and the specifics of semi rural property was invaluable. Steven is tenacious and focused. He listened to us, and got what we needed, and communicated clearly and often. This was especially helpful since we had already moved, and were not in town for the process.
