I met Tamara back in, I believe 2012 when she listed and sold my brothers house. She did a great job for him so when I was ready to sell I naturally contacted her. My transaction was a lot more difficult. She had to deal with a reverse mortgage servicing company that was to say the least incompetent and unresponsive. She navigated through the mess. Tamara proved to be a very experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Professional, She did an excellent job marketing our home. The use of specific features included 3D capability and Matterport technology to view rooms online from various angles. Video camera photography indoors, use of drones for outdoor and overhead photos to enhance a potential buyer's interest, before actually viewing our home in person, This was done in a variety of lighting options. Staging each room helped show the home in the best possible way to peak a buyer's interest. Also, Tamara was helpful in providing good guidance on sales comps for our area and guiding us throughout the whole process with excellent suggestions, such as what repairs were necessary to improve and maximize property value. She even provided the names of qualified contractors (termite inspection, painting, plumbing, gate repair for example) to assist us where needed. Prepping our home in Thousand Oaks for sale early in 2017, we spoke with several agents from different companies, including Tamara, whom my wife had met when she was the sellers' agent for neighbors the next street down. The two of them had stayed in touch ever since. Based on our conversations and her presentation, she and Coldwell Banker were an easy choice for us. I'm an Insurance Agent who works with Realtors on a daily basis. I was referred Tamara Campbell by my close friend and Financial Advisor. Tamara brought in her whole team, gave us tips on how to prepare our house and staged it so it would look more appealing to possible buyers. The house looked so good that we almost wanted to keep it! Throughout the whole process, she was very responsive and attentive, always replying to our questions and requests via e-mail, text and phone calls, even outside business hours. We got several offers a short time after putting the house on the market. Tamara was simply a pleasure to work with during my home-finding process and was integral to closing on my new home! She was recommended to me by my coworker, whom she had also helped to find a home. I wish I could give 6 stars. Tamera was just superb in all aspects of our home purchase. My wife and I were not easy clients. We each had a long list of things we wanted, and had different feelings about some of them. Tamara was extremely patient, and showed us many homes to help refine our thoughts on what we mutually wanted. Once we had that decided she was able to focus on our "dream house" and bring us to several that could fit the bill. When we found the home we wanted she was by our side through the whole process from making the first offer to closing. Even after closing Tamara continued to help by recommending tradespeople for the work we wanted to do, and even helped my wife with ideas on decorating, paint colors etc. I cannot recommend Tamara highly enough, and anyone lucky enough to work with her will understand why. She is widely respected by her peers, and as a result is currently the President of the Women's Council of Realtors.

Tamara Campbell was amazing. She listened to my wish list, feelings and what important to me. The first house she showed me was love at first sight. My husband didn't feel the same unfortunately. She had incredible patience with us. My husband is an engineer and takes things to a different level with his questions. Tamara is extremely smart and the few obscure things she didn't know were quickly researched. No stone was unturned. Tamara would email us homes she thought we would like and we had alerts on her portal. She took us out so many times until we found the one. Tamara became more of a friend than my agent. Tamara helped us navigate a very tricky home purchase successfully! We were out of state buyers and she gave us a portal to view homes meeting our specific criteria, mailed and emailed information/maps/subcontractor referrals. She is always professional, and responsive! Tamara personally attended our inspections and stayed in regular contact during negotiations with the difficult (at times, uncooperative) seller. Her documents were impeccable and she several times caught typos or errors on the part of the other parties. We were grateful for her vigilance and would not have our home without her.
