I would very much recommend Taylor. She represented us as a buyer and helped us navigate the market, understand the process and ins/out, strategize on negotiation points, and land our forever home. She had exceptional attention to detail and kept the process moving, always following up. Her recommended inspectors were incredibly diligent. It felt like we were working with a close friend, rather than just a realtor. If you want a dedicated, detailed, trustworthy agent who genuinely cares about you, look no further!

Taylor Young was outstanding in assisting me with the sale of my parent’s home. Being the successor trustee of a trust can be overwhelming and stressful. Taylor was kind, patient and kept me informed through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and priced my home perfectly for a quick sale over asking price. Her negotiating and communication skills are excellent. I would highly recommend Taylor. She is the dream partner you want by your side if you wish to buy or sell real estate.

Taylor is a complete and total rockstar! She helped make the experience seamless. She gave us awesome tips for staging our home. We got way way more for our home than we ever expected. The house sold within 24 hour of our first open house. She made every decision we had to make a well informed one. She deserves every kind word I can think of to say. Use her to sell or buy any home. Taylor Young is just the most amazing realtor I have worked with. I have been a real estate attorney for over 40 years and have worked with a lot of realtors. Taylor is simply the best. Taylor helped find us a house for my sister who is moving from Northern California. Because my sister was not in town, Taylor would find possible housing and, if my sister was interested in it, Taylor would go see it herself. This happened numerous times. Once Taylor and my sister found the house my sister wanted, Taylor continued to go above and beyond. She made excellent recommendations for negotiations. Once my sister’s offer was accepted, Taylor stayed extremely active in the process including helping us get excellent inspectors (we needed four of them), staying with us while the inspectors did their inspections (almost all day), following up with the other realtor concerning items required by the Sellers, meeting repair people at the house to let them in and numerous other matters. For a period of weeks, we talked to Taylor virtually everyday. She did not disappear once the deal was made - to the contrary, she worked that much harder. Now that escrow has closed, Taylor has continued to work with the contractors making repairs, meeting them at the house and making sure that my sister is happy when she moves in. Taylor is just a true professional and the best to work with. We highly recommend her
